The RUDEST of places. The old lady needs to be fired, I’ve never seen her be kind, she makes every customer feel like they’re dumb even when they’ve done nothing. God forbid the pre made label scanner goes out, that means they have to do their job and between her and the man working Tuesday evening, they hate that. I waited in line for 15 minutes just to have to guy tell me I was wrong for wanting my physical receipt because it meant he had to do his job. The lady charged me for having pre made labels because it took time out of her day. This is the WORST post office, take the extra time and go somewhere else, these people aren’t here to help or do their jobs.

I can no longer get into my locked mailbox. I see they swapped out locks for new ones because they left the old locks behind. Why? I've lived in the same place for over 8 years and can no longer retrieve my mail. Why??

Jonathan is THE MAN! Every time my wife and/or I have been in this USPS location, Jonathan has gone above and beyond… Passports, sending parcels, locating lost packages, any and everything Jonathan has helped us with great detail and invites us back to follow up! The USPS need to keep Jonathan, promote Jonathan, let Jonathan train new hires and give him a raise! Thank you!

Don’t go here if you have any questions or need any help at all. You will be met with a horrible attitude and leave feeling awful about yourself. I think one of the employees prides herself in her condescending attitude.

Refused to scan in packages and provide receipt. Wanted them left in a bin directly next to front door.

I have been in the apartment business for years and have not had a USPS employee who works as hard and does their job as well as Josh on main st. His efficiency and communication is above and beyond!

Two speeds — slow and stop. Absolute ZERO urgency regardless of how many customers are in the waiting line.

Only once have I had less than stellar service here, and that was someone I didn’t recognize. I think she may have been helping out from another location. These guys are always friendly and efficient, and they go the extra mile if you need it.

Lisa, your reputation precedes you. You may think after reading the many 1 star reviews featuring encounters with a condescending employee, I would wait for the next available employee. You may think after seeing her decimate the mood of 3 different customers before me, I would heed caution. But no. I walked into the lion's brutally, unnecessarily rude jaws, and was spit out of the line totally dejected.Learn from my cautionary tale. Avoid Lisa, and you'll be a-ok.

Avoid the old lady. She is as condescending as they come. If you have an issue with your mail, you will leave feeling like she thinks you’re the biggest idiot on planet earth. It truly felt like she viewed it as an inconvenience to ‘help’. The young man and woman who work there are very helpful, go to them if you have the chance.

David was great, best customer service I’ve had at a USPS in a while. They need to bring back the machines that allow you to self service different stamp designs. That would cut down on people waiting in line

If I wanted to be berated the way one of the ladies did today, I'd go visit my mother. My package was prepared, but she went off on me when I tried to explain I needed a label printed via a QR code. Before I could say "QR code" she exploded on me and demanded I go to a library to print it off.I held up the printed QR code I had when she finished her tirade, but then she complained about it not being on my phone and being too large.Just be happy I was prepared! What a poor attitude.

This location has very poor customer service. Especially the lady working today! Told me to go to UPS. So I did. Haha!

The woman working at the far right side of the counter around noon today was the absolute kindest person to every single person she interacted with while I was there! Everyone at this location is patient and kind, but this woman helped me with an odd problem, made sure to listen to my troubles, and was a ray of sunshine inside of this USPS location. Thank you so much!!!

Ordered a package. They somehow were unable to read the address and I had to call them to correct it. Then they put it in the wrong mailbox. When I called them the operator copped an attitude and said he'd have the guy check the next day.Next day, still no package. Now they aren't answering their phones. I get putting a package in a mailbox is top tier stuff, real rocket science, brain surgeon tier work, but maybe if you can't do that you should consider another line of work.Edit-Seeing other people discuss similar issues here makes me wonder if they have a mail guy swiping packages or if he really is just that bad at his job.
