“I love this place! It’s really awesome and there is a variety of things for children to do. The memberships are not too expensive and it’s a great place to visit for kids to burn some energy. I think it’s nice that the parents have to wear socks as well because that keeps the play area cleaner. My only critiques are that you have to purchase Momiland socks and that the parents can’t play with the children on the trampolines or in the castle. Overall 4/5 stars and it would have 5/5 if the parents could get on everything with the kids! The socks are only $3 as well so it’s not overpriced, just an unexpected cost for our first visit.”

“I attended the OPTA 75th Gala on 4/11 and everything was beautiful- from the decor, to music, to food and drinks! I just wanted to take a moment to recognize how absolutely wonderful the bartenders were at the event center. Every single drink was made with perfection, care, and consistency—it truly did not go unnoticed. On top of that, they served everyone with genuine smiles and great energy all night :) That said, these guys absolutely deserve a tip jar! Their level of service, attention to detail, and positive attitude went above and beyond. Please consider making it easier for guests to show their appreciation—they’ve definitely earned it!”

“01/31/2026 - First time visiting the Fawcett Event Center with one of my closest friends for an entertaining evening with Annette Gordon-Reed. Annette Gordon-Reed provided her perspective on the Northwest Ordinance as America celebrates is 250th birthday and her brilliantly delivered perspective was well received.Thank you. The event was held in the Conference Theater which is a nice, modern, and comfortable auditorium that seats about 500 guests. The seats are tiered and it has a nice size stage with good surround sound systems. Parking pass required to park at the Fawcett Event Center.”

“I work remotely for a company based out of state and I needed a space to get out of my house. After looking at coworking spaces across Columbus with similar amenities, I ultimately chose a membership at Versa for several reasons. First, the staff is incredibly welcoming - greeting with a smile and answering all of my questions. Second, the parking is free and ample - not something I’ve seen at other spaces. And finally, they’ve thought of everything, seriously: different space styles from quiet call rooms to lounge areas to large tables; snacks and great coffee; basic office needs (hole punch, pens, note paper); fridges and microwaves for personal food; everything from a mints to a sewing kit to bobby pins in the bathroom; a cute member business book lending library - etc etc. I’ve had no issues finding the type of workspace or call room I need for anything from focused work to virtual meetings. Reasonable prices and a home away from home - without the distractions of my laundry and personal to do list :)”

“We just got married on 11/8 and wow was it a night to remember! From finding the venue, to booking, to communicating, to making our visions come to life — everything was perfect and just what I dreamt of. We didn’t use a planner or have a month of service but the fives offers a day of planner. We worked with Josh from day 1 to wedding day, and we cannot thank him enough. He is so detail oriented, responsive, knowledgeable and just an overall amazing person to work with. Any questions or concerns he responded right away. He was there the day we got married and we did not have to worry about a single thing. We created such a great relationship with him, that when it was time to go, I was sad lol. He knows what he’s doing! The staff, and head server (Melisa) made sure we were all comfortable. She went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I had drinks, food from cocktail hour, time to eat and dessert. They truly love what they do and care about you. The food incredible, the service incredible, the venue gorgeous. Our wedding was everything we dreamed of and more thanks to everyone at the fives (and Josh).”

“fun place! it can get crowded there when many people are there. I enjoyed it for a little bit but by the end it got kinda boring. It's a small place but it has fun stuff to play on. Employees are very nice. I love how they play fun music to make the experience even more joyful. very clean and welcoming. They have many games you can play but you do need to bring coins. A great place for a kids party. they have good air-conditioning and so it's nice and cool. overall I so recommend this place!”

“This venue is very picturesque and quite stunning in the Spring and Summer time. We just got married here in May and we had a pleasant experience overall. Our on-site coordinator the day of, Katie, was very helpful with anything we needed, and she did go above and beyond in decorating our sweetheart table for our receptions. For the brides, the lighting in the bridal suite is not exactly ideal for your makeup artists but they will make it work. It is just really yellow. The space is large though so there is plenty of room for everyone. It is also connected to the women's locker rooms, which beware, are very humid. For set up, the contract stated that as long as our decor was ready to be placed and the placement instructions were very clear, that venue staff would place our decor items for us. However, my bridal party did most of the set up for us. We did not have an issue with this as I had already asked my closest friends to be available to double check everything anyways. The venue staff did an amazing job of gathering all of our decor items at the end of the night though. We just had to load our items. I would recommend this venue for anyone looking for a European vibe that pretty much has it all. Food and drinks are coordinated on site, and everything was delicious. All of our guests keep telling us how much they loved our venue.”

“My family were recent guests at Marriott Columbus Northwest Dublin for a convention 1/31 - 2/1/2026 and we were so VERY impressed by the room, faculties and staff. We had a minor issues with a door in our room during the stay and it was taken care of in less than 20 minutes. I've stayed at Hiltons, other Marriott's, Drury's and Sheraton's and I believe this as one of the best stays I've had - top marks to the management and staff. Thank you all for a great stay. “We had somehow an okay kind of stay here last week despite the recent reviews of other people about this place. Our room was pretty clean, though I saw like a milipede on the bathroom wall. Gross. Anyway, our room was also next to the stairs so we can definitely hear some people at random times throughout the day and night, but thankfully it wasn't that bad. As usual, the hotel pillows were so uncomfy but we did request for an extra pillow which was actually inside the closet. Wish they just put it on top of the bed. The bed was okay, though some parts were like sinking, but we were able to sleep well. We didn't get the chance to try their breakfast buffet because we had other places to go to for breakfast, but we will definitely try it one day and stay here again.”

The staff were professional and helpful, and the event ran with minimal issues, which made things easy for us as a family. The rooms were clean, modern, and spacious, great for our out-of-town guests. The event space worked well for what we needed, and coordinating with the team leading up to the day was straightforward. It all came together nicely and we’re glad we chose Hyatt Place for my brother’s wedding.”

“My family stayed in a suite with two double beds. We needed a hotel with a separate bedroom with a door to make bedtime and naps easier, this aspect was nice. I also appreciated the large fridge and microwave, as we brought some kid friendly groceries with us for our stay. While the rooms are described as “updated” ours seemed to only be surface level updated. The furniture and decor was newer but the bedroom door didn’t actually latch shut correctly so we had to wedge it closed with a towel so we could watch tv in the living area while the kids slept. The cabinets had been painted and hardware updated but under the kitchen sink was stained and gross as this is where the garbage is hung on the inside of the cabinet door. The bathroom was haphazardly renovated with globs of caulk on the door itself and the framing, paint splattered on the floor tile, large cracks in the wall and the door looked as if it had previously suffered water damage, the entire bottom was swollen and chipped. The bathroom door handle had been replaced but the knob was now smaller and revealed old paint lines and nails, I don’t know why the entire door wasn’t just swapped out. We were also on the first floor and had some ants coming in from around the living area window. The breakfast was okay, not spectacular. The staff was friendly and the person who checked us in was wonderful. The pool area was well maintained and the kids enjoyed swimming. The overall towel situation was a bit odd, we had four people on our reservation but only three large towels in our room and two washcloths. The pool was out of towels and we had to ask the front desk and they only brought five, when there were about 15 people swimming, another family went to ask for more towels. We also had no hand soap in our room, there was shampoo near the bathroom counter but not hand soap, we ended up using the provided dish soap from the kitchen area to wash our hands. I was disappointed our experience didn’t reflect what I had read in reviews before booking this location.”
