Well I brought my truck for fuel system diagnostic since my truck acted rough after coming to stop randomly ones a month and turned off on me while on the highway. The symptoms i have explained to them and the check engine light eng2 spn157 fmi12 that was present at the time would assume simple diag but unfortunately after 2.5hrs in i was given the option to allow another 5-6 hours of diagnostics or take it as is with we couldn’t find the problem. Now assuming they are the experts and this is a common problem for dd15, i was very disappointed that they couldn’t point the problem so i decided to take things on my own and look it up on YouTube which i find similar truck and all i have fix was two simple parts that cost me under $$500.00 and the engine light is gone i have ran the truck on multiple loads now and no issue. WW williams was my 1st stop in terms of finding problems as i knew their honesty long time ago but things have changed i guess no different than FDYA now:( paid $500 for diagnostics and left clueless :( any owner ops YouTube is your friend. This shop used to save you $$ now it’s the opposite, i remember back in 2021 i bought a truck and took it to FYDA for head adjustment n was told bad head and an estimate of $14k ok took truck outand brought to ww williams n two days later truck is ready with a bill off $750 i think. So now it’s all about sales.
I do see majority of the negative comments are foreigners so i will say guys keep the reviews to advise other not to go there. Support your moms&bobs shop.

WW Williams were able to get one of our trucks in right away. They researched and found what was under warranty and fixed everything. Very satisfied with the whole experience.

Very expensive services and short of expertise technicians. I was in this useless warranty ( NTP) they told me this was one of their preferred shops that has top notch services, but what a lier!!! My coolant was dropping and no physical leaks and checked in for services unfortunately they couldn’t diagnose properly. They said no leaks found and they charged me 1025$ for no any work done. Still losing coolant and left them unhappy. If you went spend money for no services this will be good choice.
