Do not trust this place. Pulled money from cc without permission. And never gave them permission to save my cc info. That's super shady. Nothing but problems at this location. Do they even have a district manager?

One thing I will not tolerate is someone to lie to me we were told first on the list for delivery of something they had a week to plan two hours after delivery time I call and now say later this afternoon so we have to cancel our plans and wait until they decide to deliver again can not stand someone to lie to me I'm actually considering returning everything we have and deal some place else only person in Hillsboro store you can trust is the manager Steve but he needs to hire help that doesn't lie to you

Aarons in Hillsboro Ohio is the worst place ever. The associates are rude and have no idea what they are doing. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Well where to begin. I was a customer who has spent thousands with Aaron’s on my last purchase I bought a whole new bedroom suit and which they came and set up the bed incorrectly and the bedframe broke I’ve called for over eight months now I’m trying to get this resolved still paying the $10 a month for the Aaron‘s aftercare and they still have not done anything for me and now my bed is completely ruined they’ve lied and they’ve never contacted me back after contacting them a minimum of 10 times I’ve still not got any help or any calls back I will never be buying from Aaron’s again

They tell you that you have a 10 day grace period, but then charge you a late fee, even its before the 10th day. Glad to only have a couple more payments left and finally be done with it
