Have bought a couple engines and few transmissions from them, they keep all info from the original donor cars, milage,year,wrecked or not...etc. Great service ,good warranty, good place to get used automobile parts and components.

***Beware!**Below is the exact email I sent to their cooperate office and never received a response. Apparently fenix parts of Cincinnati AWFUL costumer service starts from the top.I am contacting you in regards to an issue that has yet to be resolved and the sales rep named “Foster” as well as the management according to him have ghosted me on this issue and at this point and stopped responding to me at your Hillsboro Ohio location. I run a business that in the past I have spent tens of thousands of dollar at what once was Reno’s and NEVER had any issues. My recent encounter started very pleasant with purchasing an engine for a Sante fe 3.3l V6. We agreed on a price and everything was fine until we picked up the motor, after picking up the complete ready to install motor which we spent $4,700 on, we noticed some visible issues with the engine. We were originally told to bring the engine back and that we would receive a different one from someone at this location. After Arriving back to your store we were then met by Foster and worked out a deal to reduce the price and fix the issue ourselves because the timing cover was cracked. This wasn’t a big deal and the issue was fixed and resolved. After installing the motor we found more issues after driving the car and it building pressure the motor stated to leak oil we resolved the ourselves and took pictures, after reaching out to him regarding the issues he originally tried telling me there wasn’t anything he could do to help. But the engine was purchased with a warranty, but then after speaking with foster (which I have all text messages) he has yet to resolve the issue and keeps saying he sent it over to his manager and warranty team. It has now been 3 weeks and he now won’t respond since my last text in over a week. The engine comes with a parts warranty and the way I have been treated is unacceptable. This is no way to run a business and I’m reaching out because if someone was running my business poorly like this I would want to know. I would love to talk in further details about the issues because they aren’t trying to work with me and the integrity of your business I would assume surely isn’t built on this kind of customer service. If this issue isn’t resolved I have no choice but to stop using your business and will be leaving a review as well as making others aware to beware of this shady business.Thank you

Was great when Reno's, after being acquired by Fenix the place has gone downhill. Can't walk in to get parts, parts not ready for pickup when they say they are ready. Wasted 3 hrs driving there and back for a part that wasn't even delivered yet. Won't be using them any longer.

Since Fenix took over it has been nothing but lies and deceit. They have raised prices and deliver sub par quality. When it was Reno’s they were top notch. Literally within a month of the acquisition the bottom fell out of this place. If you want to be ripped off Fenix is the place you want to shop

Top shelf and class act salvage yard. I've have not seen a better organized or clean yard in my life. I have been to alot of them in the past 30 years. I dealt with josh on the phone. He didn't try to BS me on anything, was friendly and straightforward. The guys in the parts room was also outstanding. Showed me the bed and helped me load it.i drove 3and a half hours 1 way. It was worth it thanks alot.
