Loving 5/3 so far. No fees, great customer service (they even call just to check on me, that's more than my own family does!), and they even got me a $300 sign on bonus I would have missed out on.

It's the same every time I come here. Their drive-thru takes far too long. First and only person in drive-thru, takes ten minutes to get a deposit done. There were 2 Brinks drivers knocking on the door to get in with money bags 3 minutes out by the door without being let in. Awful service.

Just joined. Friendly service. Have ridiculous charges when cashing a non fifth third check. Even though check from major business in town
