I have experienced the worst customer service at this back I’ve ever experienced. I accidentally sent a zelle transaction on 8/10/2023 and purposely sent one the same amount. Which overdrew my account over 600.00. Trying to get the bank manager Joshua to understand this was like pulling eye teeth and once he did, he told me it was my mistake, and there was nothing they could do for me even though the transaction was still pending. I proceeded to tell him it wasn’t a perfect world. Everyone makes mistakes, so I had to call the dispute center and have them dispute. The one Zelle transaction still leaving me with no money in that account which I should still have over $100 that was legitimate and I can’t get to it all he would’ve had to do was to call the dispute center and take care of it his self and instead of that he sat there and decided to be rude. The customer service at this bank is despicable. I do not recommend this bank to anyone and as soon as this dispute is taken care of, I will be closing my account at Fifth Third. I have been with Huntington Bank for over 20 years and I have never been treated or talked to the way I have a Fifth Third, I highly recommend you go to another bank if you are having an issue and you need to have it taken care of quickly

Was in this town on a getaway with some good friends unplugging and relaxing, and was my first time in Ohio. Stopped by this branch to break some large bills into some change so we could play cards. Myself and one of my friends walked in to do this simple task. My friend went first and explained what he wanted. She asked for his driver's license and proceeded to work the transaction. Another teller was there and she came from the drive threw area (behind the desk area we were standing at). She asked what I needed and explained I just wanted to break two twenties into change and handed it to her. She asked for my ID, so I instinctively gave her my Retired Military ID. She got to her computer and asked what my zip code was. I provided the info to her. She then asked if I had an account, to which I answered no. I've never needed an account for change at any other bank I've gone to. She then stated that I required an account to complete the transaction, I'm sure I gave her a very puzzled look. She gave me my cash and ID back and asked who was next. This only leaves me to believe a couple of things, since the teller completed my friend's request he had no account at this bank and he's from a different state as well. She either saw my zip code came up as a Califonia zip code and decided not to help me, or because of my beard and darker than the rest of the town's complexion. The bank was clean and well-lit with the normal ambiance you'd expect from such an establishment, minus the awkward stares from employees inside offices.

It's the same every time I come here. Their drive-thru takes far too long. First and only person in drive-thru, takes ten minutes to get a deposit done. There were 2 Brinks drivers knocking on the door to get in with money bags 3 minutes out by the door without being let in. Awful service.

Just joined. Friendly service. Have ridiculous charges when cashing a non fifth third check. Even though check from major business in town

The employees of this branch were so kind! I brought in an embarrassing amount of change and created so much distraction for everyone using the coin machine, but these folks didn’t bat an eye with all the chaos. Really appreciate how kind and accommodating they were.

No one will answer the phone. Very upset you can't get service when you're an invalid.

Loving 5/3 so far. No fees, great customer service (they even call just to check on me, that's more than my own family does!), and they even got me a $300 sign on bonus I would have missed out on.

Best bank I've ever dealt with. Andy is amazing with financial support. The banking staff has always been very helpful and polite. Thanks 5/3.

I’ve banked with 5/3rd for a few years now (since I was like 17!) and honestly, the staff has always been caring and very understanding of me and my needs Courtney has been super helpful with me and my banking needs. Give her a raise! She’s fantastic!

Asked for help due to coroavirus and they are just rude and heartless. All they will do to help long term senior customers is maybe waive late fees and not forclose for 90 days. THANKS FOR NOTHING, ENJOY YOUR GREED..

Diane the branch manager lied to me over a year ago about the status of my dead parents accounts. Her lies and ineptitude allowed a shady insurance agency to steal from the account for over a year. Now, not only is my parents account being stolen from but the account itself is being stolen (most probably by someone inside the corporation) through identity theft. To add insult to injury my past account with 5/3 that is tied to my parents' account has been defrauded through identity theft. Absolutely no security or respect for the law unless they can use it to steal your money. Take your accounts and run, don't walk, to a bank that actually cares about people- because Diane, her regional manager, and 5/3 corporate Customer Service certainly isn't it.

Horrible. I do not recommend getting a mortgage loan here. I've had nothing but trouble with them!
