“I had an excellent experience in customer service today. Costumer service isn't what it used to be, but every staff member I came across today was super helpful, and friendly. There was one lady in particular that helped me, wish I would have gotten her name. Happy with the service, and the quality of the grill I bought”

“Typically have everything I need. Most employees are knowledgeable. Don’t like dealing with the lady they have in “tool world” she’s always rude and snaps at people, seems to always be in a very foul mood. Customer service counter is helpful when I come in to pick up orders. From my wait times I would suggest reorganizing the back storage area as both of my recent orders I’ve had to wait 45 minutes for them to find my orders.”
