I gave 2 stars to give the benefit of the doubt. I hope she was just having a bad day but the lady working was absolutely terrible. It wasnt just to me but to other customers too. If you are miserable, PLEASE find a new job.

Terrible service. On hold twice today for over 30 minutes trying to get medication. Estimated fill time...2 weeks!
Go to another pharmacy if you want service.

My experience with thus pharmacy was terrible! Very unfriendly people. Waited days to get a prescription and still had to go back again because they couldn't get the information they needed. Never again! I will find another pharmacy.

Went down hill over the past months. Don’t go unless you don’t actually NEED your prescriptions, cause they don’t have it anyway. Wild used be wonderful.

1 star because NO star isn't an option. HORRIBLE pharmacy. The young blonde with short hair needs fired. Would not give my medication out to me even though it was due to be refilled today. Instead told me tomorrow after I drove 40 min to pick up. I was told at 142pm today when I called that it would be ready within an hr. I wait a few hrs to go, because they're always slow, then get told what I said above.. that I couldn't get it until tomorrow. & I know for a fact I could've picked it up, I do any other month on the day I run out, it's just what she wanted to do. PERIOD. & This is the 2nd time she has done this to me. Switching pharmacies is in my near future. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Im sorry that others have a a bad experience but I have always had great customer service... I understand they are busy and human beings too and I am nice to them... so I get great customer service in return.... and have never had an error in my subscriptions and they are ready in a timely manner

The absolute worst pharmacy you could go to. Incompetence is their go to. Reminds me of being in HS and calling to talk to a mean girl. Hands down, the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They get nothing right, nor do they try.

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They lost my medication script of a prescription. I am not supposed to miss a dosage on then they turn around and cursed at me as I’m driving off with my children in the car they need to be shut down. It’s so sickening. It makes me not even want to shop at Kroger‘s for my groceries anymore. There is no maturity at that store.

First!! They give my wife the wrong medication. She was supposed to get 10/325 oxycodone they give her 10/325 hydrocodone yup a complete different medication. My wife never give any attention to the bottle came home took two pills within 9 hours she was sick as a dog. Called them they apologized reimbursed her medication. Now they are completely out of her medication “ Not in Stock “ well Friday’s her doctors office is closed till Monday . Wilmington Ohio pharmacy has them , However beings it is a controlled substance will need another order from doctor but closed until Monday two days my wife had to go without meds because Kroger in Hillsboro are out of stock. SMH!! Thanks Kroger pharmacy for putting my wife through this very stressful situation. Needs overhauled SMFH!!

Some of the girls are rude. Also they don't fill medicine within a decent time. every time I get a medication they don't ck messages and I don't get it till the next day. They need to ck those every so often. instead of at end of the day
