Until recently, I loved this gas station, always the cheapest place in town and with a $0.10 off reward even cheaper!!! But I've lost my $0.10 off reward twice now because the new employee that's in there doesn't know what she's doing or how to activate the rewards. I'm almost certain that I need to put in my number before I'm charged, but she always charges me first. If you don't know what to do, then ask for help. I've also thought after the fact that maybe I put in my old number. I checked that, and I put in my correct number both times. Also, I made sure I had confirmation that the reward was activated before I started a transaction. Please, please train your employees on how to do all transactions.
