  I order it through the mobile app EVERY morning. To go to the front counter. Today, while picking up my order, it wasn't there, it was ordered at 6:11. At 6:45 I still didn't have my order. I finally asked for my order. I was met with hostility and anger by the manager Tory. They didn't have my order. She said that they only had three people working. While I watched employees standing around eating and laughing..They were too busy to help even somebody at the front counter. Place an order for coffee. One of the cooks had to come up and help him place an order even. Even after showing her that I actually had an order. She wanted to argue with me about having an order instead. I had to ask her more than five times can I please just have my order so I wouldn't be late for work. Instead, she wanted to argue with me still. This is the worst service and the worst manager I have ever seen from an establishment that is supposed to be based on customer service.

  Might want to wait on customers that take time to walk in to eat in your dining room instead of concentrating all off your attention on the drive through.

  took so long the slushy melted, my food was cold, the sweet tea I ordered wasn't sweet and the happy meal I got for my kid wasn't the advertised toy just another sonic toy that he has millions of which isn't that big of a deal but his food was also cold.

  Stopped at the Low Moor Va. location inside of the Loves travel stop. Had to wait 25 minutes for my food and it was cold when I got it! The staff was not friendly

  Management was rude associates were rude went through drive-thru got no salt fries they were cold had salt on them said something to the manager had me pull up brought me cold freeze again with salt on them disrespectful and I will not be going back to that one

  They don’t know how to Make the fish sandwich and The Chicken Big Mac right, it just tastes different than the other McDonalds. especially the chicken Big Mac they have tastes like I cooked it at home. That good thing about em fast service
