Only gave a 1star because I could go lower. One particular lady very rude, no 24 hr hotline, they shut your card down everytime the wind blows. Right now Christmas eve my card is locked Noone to help, this isn't the 1st time they put me in bad spot. I'm gone asap.

Would give negative stars if that was an optionI caution anyone that deals with this bankWe had a fire and they made us pay off the mortgage with the insurance check and was not left with enough money to rebuild my house, they couldn’t offer any reason other then we don’t do construction loans. I didn’t need a loan I just wanted to rebuild my home and continue to pay my mortgage that I had for over 20 years and never late on payments.

I give a one star because I can't give less, we are dealing with the death of the family member that used NCB Bank and they are absolutely terrible with customer service. They act all nice and pleasant as long as you are giving them money but if you try to get your own money or your family's money then they act like it's just coming out of their own pockets. I am so glad that I do not use this bank for my own self and I would never recommend this bank to anyone.

Absolute worst bank around. Good luck trying to spend your own money they decline most of your transactions. Staff doesn't want to help they just say thats how it is and send you down the line. DO NOT BANK HERE IF YOU DO ANY ONLINE SHOPPING !!!

Friday 07/02 I did the mobile deposit for my paycheck to go into my bank account. I did this around 2:30pm. It says it’s pending. I check again in the morning of Saturday 07/03 it still says pending. So I try calling about 4 times no one answered. I decide I’m going to go there and try getting it brought to their attention or just cancel the mobile deposit. They tell me there is nothing they can do and it won’t be in my account until Tuesday. First of all my bills are done due by Tuesday that’s not going to help me at all. SECONDLY IT IS A HOLIDAY WEEKEND I KNOW I AM NOT THE ONLY PERSON THAT BANKS AT NCB THAT DID THE MOBILE DEPOSIT. And if I am then why isn’t my check in my account yet. It’s a holiday weekend! What am I gonna do with $2.88 on a holiday weekend. (Do not judge my lack of money I’m a teenager and live pay check to pay check)

Dishonest. Wished I would have read the reviews before refinancing with this bank but I didn’t. Maybe I’ll save someone else the headache if they look at the reviews. Look elsewhere.

Deb the teller is very very rude. I called due toMoney possibly missing from my account I was told she doesn’t have the time to help. Will be moving my account else where if this is how they want to run the show.
