“The guy they sent to set the tank was excellent and very thorough. However when he informed me I need to pay 100 dollars for a new regulator or 50 for a used one I was a bit confused. Why do I need to pay for a regulator at all? I’m buying the gas exclusively from Suburban. I can’t use the tank without a regulator. I might be wrong but this seemed odd? Not really happy about it.”
