Took my daughter to get a full set of acrylics. First thing that went wrong:
We signed in and the workers were busy working on other customers however they have a sign up by sign in sheet that states: “Have shopping to do? Leave your number and we call you when it is your turn.”
So we wrote our number down. We only had a few things to grab In the store, we were back within 10 minutes and received no call. However in those 10 minutes they took in 3 customers who had no appointment ahead us. So instead of waiting a few minutes we were there over an hour waiting for our turn . Secondly the man asked my daughter if she wanted Gel, my daughter turned and asked me and I said no. My daughter said he told her just do chores for the extra charge for gel, my daughter said no, what my mom says goes. He did gel anyway and charged us $52.00 and when I challenged him about price he said my daughter said yes. He lied!!!about that just like they lied about calling you when it is your turn. They are liars and thieves!!!!!! And if I had not been in a time crunch “ I would have verbally let them have it.

Made appointment a week in advance, came ten minutes early. Still did not matter had to wait for a walk in they called while I was waiting. Nails overall not bad but much better applications anywhere else. Wayyy too thin! I would not recommend for $57 a full set there take the time to go out of town!!!Service: Acrylic nails

Signed in told less then hour wait. No problem. When it was my turn I was asked shape I wanted. I said coffin he said it would be another hour wait for coffin after I just waited 45min. Because of him and another tech are only ones that can do it. I was next on list but he wanted to skip over me and go to girl who checked in two behind me. I was warned not to come here but I wanted to give them the beneift of the doubt and try for myself and nope I will continue driving my 45min away to a better salon.Service: Acrylic nails

Horrible customer service, not sanitary! & the employees were arguing while getting my feet done. I was really uncomfortable. They told someone they couldn't perform a simple service and then said 20.00 extra for a specific color. Theyre prices are way higher than other much, much better salons. BewareServices: Manicure
