Subway just sucks, horrible service. Mobile order for no reason bc they dont touch ur subs until u show up on the time the app says and then they start cooking it, like how do u run out of stuff, and how do u lose a receipt ?

It says 10pm for Saturday, and by 9 they were closed. Fix your hours or quit being lazy and work until you're suppose to close.

May be my last time here. Food is good, but service is terrible. Had a very surly young lady. I asked about the artisan rolls. She didn't know that I was talking about so she asked someone...all good. She was told that it is a 12" cut into 3 pieces. She proceeded to take a 6" and cut it in half. When I pointed it out, she didn't like it. I told her just to give me the 6". So she was really pissed. She took my money so I apologized about upsetting her. She wouldn't even look me in the eye, but said all right. Always terrible service.

Tried to dine in but the 3 workers upfront were all working on an 11 sub order instead of having one take the line of customers that had been waiting so we walked out. The poor guy infront of us had already been waiting for 15 minutes and not one of them workers decided to take his order.

I stopped in to get a soft pretzel. I order my pretzel and paid for it. Then they realized they had none. The two girls working was just chatting together one was sitting on counter where they prep food look like she was cleaning her nails while the other was standing there talking to her.The two guys seem to be doing all the work.When the cashier told the one girl he rung me up and they dont have product. What to do she said nothing you can do. I said hey I need my money back. She told she couldn't do that. I had to argue with her til cashier handed me my money. Unbelievable how do these places stay open is beyond me.

The food was good as always! The girl on staff this evening had terrible customer service, which created a stressful environment as a customer. She was throwing the toppings on our sandwiches with aggression, KICKED the door shut to the bread storage containers. She stated that she was about to go crazy and that no one wants that because she will start throwing things. Serious behavior issues, very unprofessional.

Did not bother ordering after watching a male employee touch his shirt with gloves on serval times and go back to handling customers food with out changing his gloves, doubt I'll bother ordering from here ever

Went at 8 o’clock to get dinner. The sign on the outside says open until 9 PM. The information online states open till 9 PM. There was a young lady cleaning. We asked if they were closed. They say yes I have been a manager of Subway and closing an hour early is a big no-no 30 minutes you can start doing your closing duties, but an hour before hand is not even an option. I will not return to this subway I will not do any service with the subway and the audacity that people are giving good reviews saddens me.

We tried to go in at 8:28 and we were told they are closed. If a business 's sign says until 9pm you would expect them to actually stay open until that time. I said your sign says 9 and the unprofessional looking guys said "we are closing early, sorry." Very disappointing.

Burnt all three sandwiches! Asked for a receipt and was told it didn't print due to being out of paper! Put paper in and I asked if he could reprint my receipt and he said no what do you want me to do about get over it! My first and last time ever going there!

So this particular location has a barrier or cover up that you cannot see the meat and proteins that you're getting. we decided not to eat there and left. Whoever decided they needed this is wrongSuch a shame too we like this place

We did an online order an hour before closing which is 9 my pick up time was 8:25 when I get there which is a 15 minute drive I am told that they are out of pretty much everything and that they are not able to make my order. There was only one kid working and he was not even able to refund my give card because the manager hadn't shown him how? He also said he wasn't sure when the manager would be back in again. How are you going to not train your staff?
