I went in 2 days ago to get four new tires put on my car. That was supposed to include a free alignment and oil change. Well they didn’t do the alignment because my car is pulling to the right and I’ve had to put air in one of my front tires twice now since having them done and the tires are supposed to be brand new. Oh and on top of that the tires I was supposed to get weren’t in stock because they didn’t order them like they were supposed to so I had to get completely different tires. So now I have to spend more gas and money to bring it back in to have it redone when it should have been done the first time. I will NEVER go back there again and I suggest if you want your car done right to not go there either. Highly dissatisfied customer.

made an appointment with a store manager telling us they had the tires we wanted in. Show up for our appointment and they overbooked couldn’t get us in and didn’t even have the tires in stock we needed.

Absolute scam of a business. Ironic the name is tire discounter despite the fact that a 4 tire replacement of a small car was just short of a thousand dollars. And these new tires I got from them lasted 50 days before i had to replace all of them. I've had spares last longer than that. Pathetic.

Had a tire emergency, decided to replace all 4 tires. They were very friendly the whole time. My issue was that we were the only ones in the building waiting for 2 hours for them to finish it, not wanting to ask what was taking so long in case they had something else going on. Turns out, the car was ready for over an hour and they forgot to tell us. If we came much later, would've been late to work for no reason, apparently. Other than that, nice place. $655 for the cheapest option of all new tires if anyone is looking for price range.

I had a nail in my tire and drove straight there. I had my two little kids in the car and couldn't get roadside assistance from my insurance to help. They got my tire repaired right away and were a total lifesaver. Thank you, Tire Discounters.

Great place for tire service. Service rep was spot on with explaining the procedure that was undertaken with my car. I'll recommend anybody to go there for their tire servicing needs.

Such a great team! They literally saved me by helping me with figuring out what size key I needed for our trucks lugnut because we didn't get one when we bought the truck and we were having such a hard time figuring out what to do and what we needed! They purely helped out of kindness and my experience with them was so amazing. I truly can't thank them enough! It's rare now days to come across people so willing to help and be kind and these guys are amazing!

I took my wife’s car in to have the tires rotated and inspected and the balance checked and to. Check the alignment. All was done promptly and I was told everything was okay. The alignment was a little off and that was corrected.

Jason took care of my order store side said it would be an hour and a half and it was done right around that time, thanks for ur hard work to the guys in the back everyone was polite straightforward and fast. 4 new tires and a free oil change voucher!

I was worried about the way the car was going down the road. Come to find out, one of my tie rod was out. So, I called the shop, dropped my car off, and picked up a different vehicular story. The car now runs as smooth as I remembered.
