Not sure why I see reviews that are so low, this branch has been nothing short of helpful and knowledgeable. I have my business account with them and personal accounts with them. Never had an issue, but I’m positive that if one arose that it would be taken care of in a timely manner. Great place to have your money.

They do nothing to help their customers and fail to inform anyone of delays and or charges . Pick another bank to do business with ....other us banks in other towns have been ok , but Hillsboro ohio branch is the worst of them all .

Bank will never answer the phone. Walk in is always closed..I love us bank but the location in hillsboro is short handed or not managed properly

This place is a joke. Even if no one is waiting in the drive thru you still end up wasting an hour waiting. If there is anyone in it plan on a wasted day. No excuse for this. Since the branch at Sardinia went out I have little choice . Seriously considering changing banks. People don't have that kind of time

Try to call this location...good luck! Insert Mission Impossible here. National customer service is not great either. Other banks have far exceeded their service.

Arrived at 11:00 on a Saturday. Drive thru-line was backed-up to N High St. so I parked in the back lot, walked around to the front entrance only to find it locked and only available by appt. Ever since they closed the main office in town service has declined and continues to get worse.

Local branch closed with no notice and no info on when open again. Local tellers/managers helpful but overall policies and actions of home office & lack of communication caused my credit rating to go down from excellent and I had worked hard to get/maintain that rating.
