Said that they couldn't deliver my package because the driveway was obstructed and they couldn't pull in to drop it off. So now I have to drive all the way in there. 2 days after I was supposed to had my package and pick it up also. Now one day after I had a surprise birthday party that I needed that gift for. And like an idiot paid for Amazon prime to get the next day shipping. I got it in the next 4 days. Go figure right?

The nicest staff that were able to accommodate us picking up packages from their office with us not having a mailbox. Couldn’t be more appreciative.

I'm a stay at home mom with an autistic child. I'm always home, but my postman refuses to bring any type of important documents to my door. I'll be home and see him and he will still say I was not home and leave the pink notice slip. I'll look right at him as he leaves it in my box. I have it recored on my ring camera. He has done this to me over 5 times. I'm about to report him and the post office to the higher ups with recorded documentation. Is it that hard for him to give me the document? I've called the office and told them but the obviously don't care. I'm doing something about it now.

So pissed right now went to my box and my mail never got picked up!!! How can you put mail in there and not see or LOOK and see my mail when the flag is up???? This is like the 5th time and if they don’t have mail for me sometimes they don’t even come to me 😡😡😡😡 unacceptable…..

Donna the clerk up front is the rudest person I have ever had serve me she told me extremely adamantly how I cant send a box even when ask how to send it she told me I could the wasn't a way to send it the after a moment she explained the process then I proceed to request a change of address an I have a hard time with for on account of a learning disability so she would answer my questions the told me to get out of the way for other customers which I guess I understand but when I tried to speak with her supervisor she proceeded to correct me while I was trying to talk to him in all it was a truly appalling visit

A woman named Charlene refused to allowed my aunt to send me a laptop overseas. She claimed a battery would "Take down a plane." I've taken a laptop on several international flights several times and witnessed many business men/women doing the same. The USPS websites states they allow the shipment of laptops including the batteries when correctly labeled and packaged separately which my aunt was 100% willing to do. I just personally think she doesn't want to do her job and bring money to her own company which is quite sad. My aunt even offered to take the battery out and she refused even though a laptop battery IS removable. Really poor business practices. I guess my aunt will take it elsewhere and spend her money at a BETTER informed establishment that knows their own business practices.

Pay for insurance. To insure you get a package.
2x now we have ordered products and they have shipped missing what was supposed to be there. 2x we've paid almost 20 for insurance to not get what we bought each time they say they are not responsible for the shipped items. So what do they get paid for.
They are scum collecting money for a crop service. If you have the option to choose who ships your products don't use usps its time to start taking money from them

Said they couldn’t access my address to deliver a package when there is nothing blocking the driveway. Pure LAZINESS. The delivery drivers need to do their damn jobs.

Mail is no longer delivered as we were raised to expect in this rural community. Mail is suppose to be dependable and consistent at the same time every single day of mail service. Consistent to set one’s clock by. Not any time they wish to show up. But, always at the mail patron’s convenience at the same time every day. Currently, today, mail is three hours late. There are other days where they are three hours early. That is totally insulting to the rural upbringings of this community to stub routine.

Their is not a direct contact for the local postal service. You go through a long list of automated messages and still come to a brick wall. Horrible customer service

Lazy rural carrier who abuses USPS system to their advantage in NOT delivering packages. Hillsboro postmaster allows any and every excuse by carrier as a valid reason for carrier NOT to have to deliver packages. Isn’t delivering our mail and packages the job of mail carriers? Never seen such laziness at doing one’s JOB.
