This is about the last update, when you pull down to open the notification bar, u now have to swipe over to get to other stuff like open apps or notifications instead of just scrolling down on one page which is a lot faster. Often times when u swipe over u have to hit it just right to get it to swipe or it deletes stuff or selects the wrong thing, this is really annoying and wish I could switch it back because I use my phone for work and its now a pain the butt.
For reference this is the screen im talking about in these two pictures this is now two separate pages and they used to be one long one you could scroll down on. Thanks. Everything else is good.

It might seem odd that I live in Florida and choose to come to this store. But you go with who you can trust and wi to who you know won’t screw you over. I needed to add a line and a phone to my already hectic plan. Tyler made it so easy (even with the chaos) a few quick messages back and forth and we were all set! The phone will be here in a few days and honestly this was the easiest way to do business! I will be back in contact for all my business (even from Florida!!) because they are so great to work with!

Tyler is amazing. He came in 2 hours early to help my older mother who got scammed by att by a lot.
I shattered my phone the next day and the claim wasn’t working. He started on it the next morning asap and got me fixed! He has a heart of gold and knows his stuff! This is what an experience in EVERY store should be like. He models this behavior very well. His boss Michael shack… also thank you man.

This location is the best. They have helped me multiple times in the past. Great guys who have patience with people like me who forget passwords and are not so tech savy. Appreciate good customer service by the Hillsboro Staff.
