Justin helped me out tremendously. Verizon "jumped the gun" and switched phone number to soon to be new phone, before I received new phone. So that made it so my old phone had no service. Thanks again Justin!!!

They gave me the wrong home internet box and it took me 3 months to get the charge off my account. They did not fully explain all the hoops I would have to jump through to get the “$35” special. The home internet is absolute trash especially after 4 pm. Save your money, save your time. DO NOT GET VERIZON HOME INTERNET!! Actually I should thank them, Verizon customer service was so awful throughout this whole process I ended up disconnecting my entire account (3 lines of service)

After years of going to another Verizon store. We are switching to this store for all of our business needs. Justin did a outstanding job. Super helpful and friendly. Did a great job. This will definitely be the place we go for now on .

After a recommendation from a friend on Facebook, I connected with Tyler at Verizon. This was a significant shift from being a long-time customer of another carrier (where my husband works!!). Despite my concerns about switching companies, adding a phone for my youngest son and the risk of losing data from our old phones, Tyler's remote service was reassuring and efficient. Tyler and Michael facilitated our upgrades to iPhone 15’s/created a new family plan for the 4 of us and obtained serious $$$ for our old phones. The most amazing part: all of this was done OVER THE PHONE- no waiting in lines at a store/waiting for customer service while on hold. When the phones arrived at the store, Michael met me near my home to meticulously transfer all data from our old phones, ensuring nothing was lost. Their professionalism, customer-centric approach, and attention to detail made our switch to Verizon a worry-free and highly satisfying experience.
