In just under a week this shop had diagnosed and replaced the clutch and flywheel on a Honda Civic Si that was towed there via AAA. The communication was direct and above and beyond anything I would have expected. The price was more than fair and the car drives AMAZING. I am also glad the shop had a chance to drive a stick again ;)We will absolutely return to this business for our future automotive needs.

Outstanding customer service.I have been using West Main Auto Repair for years and I have always come away feeling as if Dave and his team treat me like a friend, not just a customer. The service is always dependable and any issues are diagnosed and resolved quickly. I had both of my vehicles out of commission at the same time and Dave and his team had both cars back on the road days faster than the estimated repair time frame. This helped keep my wife and I out of a tough situation and our lives on schedule. Dave has found and addressed several tough-to-identify electrical issues that other shops struggle to find. West Main fixes the problem right the first time every time.
