If you are a deal and couponer, this was the nicest cvs. Under a new manager named Angelo I wouldn’t go to this CVS. No help when I had trouble in the store with my app and coupons. Absolutely rude!

Explain to me why I get 6-8 messages to pick up 1 med daily n no one notifies me about their change in hours. If I work a 12 hour shift, how am I suppose to pick up my meds when u r closed at 6 or 7pm. U already take a mandatory lunch. I purposely got my meds filled at cvs due to the convenience of hours. I will be removing my rx. I just recently convinced my family to change their rx to cvs...no longer. Not everyone work a 9-5 job. I'm a nurse n I guess this only applies to the new pharmacist. I will NO longer be using cvs.

Filled prescription in wrong customer’s name. Worst pharmacy experience I’ve ever had. Tough to trust medical professionals who input incorrect information in the system and hand you a prescription in a totally different name DESPITE asking you to hand over insurance cards and confirm name/date of birth verbally.

I went to cvs to pick up a few things and I had a visa gift card, I knew the self checkout would probably not accept it so I went to the regular checkout line. The girl on the end had trouble using her coupons so the cashier had to call the manager, Alex.
First, when he walked over he could not understand who needed help and stared at me for what felt like 10 minutes until he walked over to the girl at the self checkout. This poor cashier was dealing with 3 different problems, one including my gift card. The manager was so rude to her. Told her she was doing it wrong and in the same breath told her she forgot to take out the trash. There was ONE girl working the register. The cashier was so nice and tried so hard to get my gift card to work while her manager did absolutely nothing besides yell at her for every little thing she did wrong.

I began using CVS due to my Insurance carrier, after having used Walgreens for the past several years. Immediately after I began using CVS I noticed the customer service was lacking, and they were almost always out of some key products I use regularly. In addition, they stopped stocking Arizona Ice Tea RX Energy products, which I purchased regularly and when I inquired about it, they said it was a corporate decision due to the sugar content. I said that was funny, as they continued to stock multitude of other drinks and products that contained sugar. I use CVS for my prescriptions now only, and then immediately go across the street to Walgreens to purchase all the rest of my needs, including the Arizona products. It makes absolutely no sense to spend money to attract customers into your store, and have them have to go elsewhere for their purchasing needs. If there is a more poorly managed store, I cannot imagine it.

After a considerable wait of over 10 to 15 minutes, as the clock edged closer to their lunch closure at 1:30 PM, my anticipation to finally reach the counter was met with sheer disappointment. The customer ahead took longer than expected, and instead of extending the courtesy of serving one more customer—especially when no one else was in line—the pharmacy staff chose to close operations right in front of me at 1:33PM.When confronted, the response was a mere shrug from the technician, accompanied by a nonchalant mention of their lunchtime closure policy. It was clear that the staff's priority to take their break overshadowed the basic principle of customer service and care, disregarding the inconvenience and potential health implications their decision imposed on me.It's disappointing to witness such service from a pharmacy, where timeliness and sensitivity towards customers' health requirements should be paramount.

The female pharmacist is disrespectful and very rude. Making ugly faces at my wife for asking a question. Unprofessional. You will be reported.
