  Two weeks package::return to sender and still not in Ohio -Kentucky...nobody does their jobs anymore. Right over the Ohio River 😂 ..I could of walked it there!!!
  3 weeks total..they held the package one week..
  Still in shipping process as of today..Post Master didn't sound concerned!!!.

  Two separate times I have had packages sit here for 2 plus weeks awaiting shipment. I was supposed to receive a call from the Postmaster today, April 17,2025. That didn’t happen. If things resolve, I’ll consider re-rating.

  Love this post office!!!! Quick service, little wait time and the staff is very friendly and helpful. It is a breath of fresh air compared to the larger post offices in the area.

  I frequently use the post office to ship products that I sell. Hinckley location is by far the best I've ever been to. The employees are all super friendly and take time to get to know me. They are very organized and all very knowledgeable. I've never had any issues with any of my packages and will continue to use only this post office for my shipping needs. Thanks, Hinckley USPS!

  I feel so lucky to have such a wonderful group of people working at our Hinckley Post Office. I love the personal service they provide. Recently I had a package that was shown to be delivered, but I believed at the time that I had not received it. It was to be a gift for my granddaughter, so I was panicking that I wouldn’t have it in time. Kudos to our carrier Delaney, and Missy the Sales & Service Distribution Clerk who went above and beyond trying to help me locate it.As it turns out, the package had been delivered after all, but I mistook it for a different package & forgot about it. Don’t Ask! ?‍♀️Missy was very gracious and understanding when I explained it to her & she was just glad I got it in time to give it to my granddaughter.

  Great people inside office, at my mailbox however I normally get minimum of one letter from somebody else's every week. Most my mail has been missing for the month of October, many bills never made it to me

  PLEASE apply the standards for machinable mail properly, which are: "3.10 Rigid and Odd-Shaped Items: Rigid items (e.g., pens, pencils, keys, bottle caps) are prohibited within mailpieces. Reasonably flexible items (e.g., credit cards) are permitted." I have had standard mail returned which was much more flexible than a credit card; the reason given, and stuck by, was "not flexible enough" as the postperson bent it 90 deg back and forth. Super nice people, but I get mail from same number wrong street every month. Makes me wonder how much of my mail my neighbors get.

  Avoid this location if possible.Will not accept packages if it’s not taped up to their liking. Also one of their trucks spilled oil all over the driveway. Had it all on camera and came to talk to the branch manager and they refused any wrongdoing. Very unprofessional
