“They shuttle my trucks to and from the Menards O/O yard. My trucks are always repaired (from A/C to Wheel seals) within the scheduled time. The price is always reasonable. My business is thriving because Ed, Jake, Adam, Tim, Mike and the entire staff is efficient and professional.
I have trucks that are 2019, they run (for the past 6 months) entirely on the repairs made by this shop!”

“Good experience, great quality. My truck needed repair after hitting a deer. After contacting my insurance and picking todds for the repair, I was able to get my truck to his shop quick for the estimate. Todd called me as soon as the adjuster came by and I was able to drive my truck while I waited for new parts to come in. Todd gave me a repair date and had my truck done in 5 days after parts arrived. Todd did an excellent job fitting a new fender, grille, grille shutter assembly, and headlight. He also did excellent work repairing my bumper to look brand new. Very happy with the quality of work and the quick process.”

“They do have coffee and donuts here. You can get snacks, drink's ( pop, water etc.) and alcohol, tobacco, cigarettes and gas. It look's nice and clean inside and the employees are friendly, they did work on the parking lot, it's way better and they have a drive thru window.”
“I’d like to start off by saying this service was unlike anything i’ve ever experienced and i mean that in the best way possible. I broke down on the ohio turnpike and i tried calling around and guys around the area don’t even want to give you a quote. other mechanics told me how they couldn’t tell me anything sight unseen and how their labor rate started as soon as they started to make the drive over. Not Jesse/Mobile Auto Werks.
As soon as i called Jesse i told him what the issue was (seized AC compressor) and i told him some ideas i had to just get back on the road. He not only brainstormed with me but ALSO took it upon himself to do some research on his end. At the end of the day, we decided we needed a new compressor all together. But Jesse definitely tried alternative options. Not once did he try to upcharge or upsell me on anything. He had the same focus as i did and that was to get me back on the road as quickly and inexpensively as possible.
When it came time to talk about pricing, he didn’t even up charge me on the part, he priced me with what it is he paid for the part. then he just gave me a price to throw it on. that price was MORE than fair and again, he had the same focus as me, just throw the part on to get me on the road, no BS, no “yeah i’m going to have to do this also” or “the cost for this i can’t tell you” he was super transparent and i’m confident when i say he’s the fairest priced in the area.
When he showed up to me, he was having issues with his car so he was delayed. I don’t blame him since he’s so busy he doesn’t even have time to work on his own car. Jesse does the definition of honest work and it shows, he had a great attitude while working as i just hovered off to the side as he did the job. he talked to me like a human and it felt like i had a buddy come to the rescue. When the job was done he told me to text him if i had any issues and he would help if he could.
I cannot recommend Mobile Auto Werks enough, from the initial talk on the phone, to the pricing, to the work, and even to just bringing business to a genuine, hard working individual. He’s courteous, understanding, and has a great attitude which i believe is hard to find in this line of service. I could go on and on about how Jesse made the best of a bad situation for me but i think this suffices. This is even my first ever google review. Thank you Jesse!”
“Could not be happier. My Son blew a tire out on his car, not sure if rim was bent. He evaluated it on the spot, said it was good, put a new tire on it and back on the road in an hour. I doubt not many other companies would do this.”

They service transmissions, coolant flushes, power steering flushes, service transfer case's and some differentials, seal glass chips, headlight restorations, and have a "tune-up in a bottle" the gives response time and horsepower back that has been taken over time. They have excellent customer service, and are very knowledgeable.”
