“Have lived here for over 2 years now, the apartments are very close to shopping/dining and the movies. The units themselves are very nice, definitely the nicest in the Perrysburg area. Maintenance is always prompt most of my requests are handled the same day (within an hour of submitting the request) and whenever my dogs see them out and about they always stop to say hello! Have only had a few issues and all were addressed promptly and fixed which I appreciate.The location definitely justifies the price which I have always thought was fair for the location. The location in the prime of Levis Commons is one of the main reasons we haven’t just bought a house yet.Stacey, Justin and Holly in the office are always available and responsive to any questions/issues you may have and of course our dog Egg loves to come visit them as well.Overall these are definitely some of the nicest apartments you can find around, and in a great location.”

“Quiet, peaceful and close to grocery, departmental and other stores. My experience so far with the property and its manager (Rod) has been really good. Hopefully it stays that way. The apartment I was handed over was newly painted so it was clean. Good parking spaces too right in front of every apartment.”

“Our current management and maintenance are phenomenal. There are only FOUR members to this on-site team and they work so very hard to keep everything together.
I hope Princeton Management (the company who owns Park Terrace Apartments) sees this and understands just how stressful that is for such a small team. I've worked in retail a long time and know what it's like not having enough people to go around or enough time in the day to complete everything.
I've lived here for almost ten years now. The property is older, but the team takes steps to keep it up and keep it beautiful. I choose to stay here because of them.”
“Moving into these apartments has definitely exceeded my expectations! Any question has been answered in a professional and timely way. The maintenance staff has always been friendly and taken care of any issue that I've had in a timely manner. The neighbors have been by far the best I've ever had. The location is so convenient to any restaurant, shopping or grocery store that you could want or need. I recommend this place 10/10!”
