“My service call for my 2015 Camry began with my service agent, Elliott, giving me a detailed explanation about my vehicle. There was no pressure to get any added services performed, but he highlighted the benefits of things that I knew needed attention. In addition, while waiting to have my car serviced in Yarks comfortable lounge, I received a brief video of what the technician was doing. I really appreciated getting this video report mid stream of the work being done. I recommend Yark's service department because of the attention I received and the fact that I know genuine Toyota parts are being used.”

You get a pre wash which I assumed was going to be a quick spray, but my car was hand washed before even going through the wash, and hand dried after. Wiped, and even had wheels dried with air and dressed. For only $12!? I couldn’t believe it. I’ve finally found my new go to car wash!”

“Frankly I'm not sure why Toledo has gotten so many car washes lately, but this one has been around in some form or fashion for quite some time & has consistently been pretty good. New ownership means new prices, but I find that this is mostly worth it. It seems to be one of the "longest" and consistently does a pretty good job of both washing and drying.”
“Overall this is an excellent car wash, the equipment such as the bridges and sprayers all work and are in good condition. The staff is friendly and helpful! One of the biggest pros of this car wash is that it uses a conveyor belt to carry your car through the wash instead of a track like most car washes. I didn't give five stars because only one lane has a cashier that non members can use to purchase a wash, and this lane is always the longest wait. If you want to get through the line faster by using the other lanes they force you to download their app and make a membership with a subscription. These other lanes don't have a cashier or even a screen to interact with at the gate. They can only grant you access by checking in through the app. I'm not saying it's a deal breaker because overall the quality of the wash is worth the wait if you don't want to become a member. But it is a huge inconvenience for those that don't want yet another app on their phone and another pesky subscription in their life.”
“I took my car here for a minor fender bender and the service was quick and professional. Unfortunately I was rear ended and I have to take my car back next month for another repair! I expressed my concerns to the adjuster I felt like he acknowledged them. We will see. I will be back to update my review.”
