I went to turn in my Buckeye modem because I got tired of the always increasing expense and got a way better deal elsewhere. They told me they could reduce the cost by half, which I thought strange because I had asked via phone if there was any way to bring down my monthly cost. But the rep was very nice.

Ammar was very helpful. He took the time to explain and answer my many questions when I picked up my laptop after he cleaned it up. He even showed me how to manage several apps to help speed up the boot-up time and various other functions. He explained things in a way even I could understand and didn't make me feel stupid for asking. He is an wonderful asset for your team. Better hang on to him.

Service was excellent today. My son and I were both in today to change some things on our accounts. I was sorry there wasn't any special promotions going on but otherwise it was an excellent experience. Customer service is hard to come by in todays world.

After weeks of being on hold for 30-60 minutes and either having to hang up or speak to a tech who had no idea what was going on, I walked into this store and it took them literally 5 minutes to figure it out and get my account situated. Holly is awesome and deserves a raise. Buckeye needs to lower their prices and revamp their support staff on the phones but they should budget to give Holly a raise for sure! She told me she would call me when she was next in to clarify some things with me and she called me the day she promised. It took her MINUTES to figure out and fix what WEEKS of trying to get support over the phone couldn’t.

Scam company call their phone get told to go into the store go into the store get told to call the phone and ask for a "supervisor" which does not exist they will give you a non ending runaround and have a monopoly in the area, if you call and ask for a supervisor , they will read the same script word for word and offer no help. Horrible people working there just based on the companies scamming ethics, not sure how you could sleep at night doing this job hopefully it pays enough by ruining people financially, mentally, and wasting time. If you have any issue save yourself the time and don't bother calling or going in because whichever you decide or are told to do will result in a never ending loop. Stay away if you have the option to. You'll be paying 250% of their advertised rates after 12 months and have random charges aswell, have never had a consistent bill from them or answer on any of my questions. If they provided things as advertised and fixed the issues I've had I would change my review but it seems that won't be the case and will only give you the runaround and waste your time.
