Thank God for the self check out there. The employees just stand there eating food. Can't even tell you your total. Total lack of any sort of customer service. They were more interested in talking about crock pot lasagna while stuff their mouths. Won't be back.

I stopped in for diesel and def for my truck on 2/14/2025. I purchased a can of snuff, a cup of coffee, a container of def since it wasn’t working at the pump and also 110 dollars of diesel. Little did I know I was charged 75.56 cents on 2/14/2025 at 3:18pm in food!!! Had I not checked my transactions I would’ve never been made aware. I’ve tried calling which was advised by my bank but apparently the phone doesn’t work. I would NEVER make a purchase for food at any CircleK especially in that amount. This is ridiculous.

The location is convenient but don't use the restroom for a while after this post. The women's restroom was closed so I waited a long time for the person in the restroom to come out which happened to be another woman. When I went in it smelled bad and there were feces on floor and hand dryer. I just don't how you can possibly do that. Ladies sit your backsides down and that goes for everyone.

A couple circle k's didn't have gas last night.So I called this one this morning just to be sure there wasn't no issues and the person that answered the phone was a smart ass and rude yall need to hire people that want to do their job not get attitude because they was asked a question about thier the store they wanted to work st . Poor service

Went to the circle k on airport hwy and albon and the pumpswouldnt work a went in once to trll the cashier eventhough i amhandycap i stated thatto the cashier a he brouht. The manager behind the counter while she was eating and i felt weird she told me to drive to the other pumps to see if the work while notmissing a bite. I stated i am not doing your job if i g to a nother pump it would be at a different gas station. Her responce was tha k uou have a good day.. now there is 5 of us that would only get gas and diesel and after talking with them they wont be going back to your station

I wish there was a no star option. In the weekends there is this guy with serious anger issues among other serious personality issues. He's rude disrespectful to customers. I spend$10 to$40 a night there and just avoid weekends. But Saturday I went in there and he yelled at me in front of other customers as soon as I walked in the door and continued to screem at me till I just walked out. This was not the first time but it is the last time. He should not have a job talking to the public. The girl that usually does nights during the week is so nice idk where they found him.

Tell me to go to self checkout just to move me to register I knew what I needed from start that it wasn’t self checkout approved. And when I do use self check out I don’t need someone standing over me either you trust us or you don’t then get three humans working the register. I’mDone going there new gas station across the street will get my business

Some people have had bad experiences but not me. I don't like self checkout either. However, this is the last good CircleK on Airport and to downtown Toledo. It's usually stocked clean serviceable and staffed with a moderately friendly attendant.

Always crammed in there. The lady behind the counter is always carrying on some loud personal conversation with staff in the morning. The only register open is a self checkout machine. Just not convenient and a weird and annoying start to the day.

Today I got off work and I had my adult special needs son with me, he's 18 and doesn't think like a normal adult. I decided to grab a beer so I can relax when I got home, (I honestly went in there to grab a few hotdogs because everything was closed or had 45-minute drive thru waits). It's 12:30 in the morning and I just wanted to grab something to drink quick while he grabs his favorite mountain dews.Long story short, I went into the walk-in cooler to see if they had what I was looking for, I took two steps in, and my son followed (the cool air blast that he felt when I opened the freezer door attracted him inside it). I saw they didn't have what I was looking for and got out of the freezer right away and grabbed two other beers.We then made our way to the Pepsi freezer and grabbed two mountain dews, headed up to the self-scanning check out.... and this guy who was just talking away with his buddy demanded I show him MY and my sons ids. I said ah why? he said BECAUSE HE WAS IN THE COOLER AND I SAW HIM. This guy LITERALLY thought I was buying beer for my Special needs son... I told him straight to his face my son was special needs and didn't know better when he took a foot into the walk-in cooler. I left my beer and my sons drinks on the counter and walked out.I get it, adults buy kids beer all the time... But this should had been clear to this worker my son clearly wasn't one of these examples. I will never get gas at circle K or stop in for drinks/hot dogs again.

I'm seeing a trend that I don't like, All of the circle k's i've been going to the cashier stands behind this stupid Self check out and force everyone to use it. I don't know if this is policy, But if it is, They're removing the human element
