I will never use them again. My husband and his family's business had been using them for years. During my first year reviewing our taxes, I caught 3 errors within 5 min. I have an MBA, not a CPA so I'm not qualified to be doing taxes but can still spot an error a mile away. We received a "whopps, our bad" when I caught over $10,000 worth of mistakes. Then they overcharged us and didn't even apologize for their errors.
