We were on vacation when our ebike broke. We called Dicks and called to Liam. He put a bike together for us during the last hour of the day. He also told day manager AJ and Troy from the bike department we would be by the next morning. It was the epitome of great customer service! Way to go the extra mile.

Dick's always has top quality gear for any sport, but I learned was the quality of bikes they have along with their in store servicing & assembly shop located right where you buy your bike. The bikes cost a bit more are a far better quality than you can buy at name brand stores in the area. I bought my daughter one last week and am more than certain I made the best long term purchase.

I would give zero. I spoke with ALYSSA about my online order. I received an email stating they cancelled half of my order because they couldn't fulfill the cup. I told Alyssa I would like to cancel the entire order. Alyssa never cancelled the other. I called back once I noticed that it was not cancelled and spoke with KAITLYN. Ms. kaitlyn then told me she was Alyssa manager and that my order was at another store in Michigan. I was on the Dicks app and red her the address to where the online purchase was mad. ALYSSA AND KAITLYN ARE VERY RUDE WITH NASTY ATTUTIDES!!!! DICKS SPORTING GOODS, YOU ARE OKAY WITH PEOPLE LIKE THIS RUNNING YOUR ESTABLISHMENT RUNNING AWAY PAYING CUSTOMERS??? When I asked to speak with a supervisor that was over KAITLYN she got really aggressive and spoke nasty to me. I will NEVER EVER come to this location or purchase anything from this store. These girls need to be retrained IMMEDIATELY. I have a recording of the entire conversation.

Charlie, the young guy from AW high school, just spent a half hour working with me to pick out baseball mitts for my grandson. Excellent help, great young adult. The entire store is overwhelming with excellent products at a fair price. Awesome job Charlie!

So we bought our son a baseball belt. The ONLY way to try it on is to take the tag off. When we saw it didn't fit we went to return it but they said it needed to have the tag still attached and packaged. Terrible policy! We will not be going back. Every other store has a better policy!

Phone customer service is absolutely terrible. They had me running all over town to the stores to try and return an items when it couldn’t be returned yet. After over 3 hours of drive time over multiple days, and 6+ hours on the phone. They asked me to go back to the store 25 minutes away again to get my refund. Avoid ordering online if you can.
