My nails look fabulous 💅🏼 but even more delightful was the fun and engaging conversation I had with my nail tech, the other nail tech and the other customer. Such a fun and friendly environment with absolutely lovely people! I will make a point to come here anytime I am in Toledo

Kara was my nail tech. I waited for about 20 -30 mins since it was a busy evening.
Got assigned to a nail tech waited another 20-25 mins at her desk (without notice)
She returned to attended to me only after the owner signalled her my sheer disappointment
I do understand you had a long working day, but it’s courtesy to let your customer know if you wanted additional time to just rewind or a quick break
Place lacks quality service. I did a gel polish with manicure, could surely say the service was underwhelming for the price. The gel polish wore off in 2 weeks exact. That’s what’s advertised.
Just FYI - I don’t do heavy activities with my hands. I’ve not seen “O.P.I gel polish been so sensitive to water that it’d peel off in 2 weeks”
Would not recommend this place. ++ does not really have good choice of colors. Struggled to select a shade

Never going back. Unapologetically rude when you tell them they messed up. I had French manicure gel polish set on real nails which chopped and cracked in 3 days. Came back and they repaired 6 nails instead of polishing them a solid color for no charge.
