I have been bringing my cars to Firestone for more than 20 years. Their professional staff and employees are excellent to deal with. They always thoroughly inspect my vehicle and each service and make recommendations. I have over 100,000 miles on my 2016 Honda and expect to keep it past 200,000 miles with their services. Took a used car in for a pre-purchase inspection, and these guys were on it. Solid service from beginning to end, and even with having to reschedule the appointment they were able to get me in same day! Dominique was up front, honest, and helpful throughout. And they were able to give me a breakdown of what the car needed before I buy. Give them a shot - you won't be disappointed!

Came in for a repair on a tire and was I formed that my rear brakes were basically non-existent. This was after having a very expensive inspection done at a dealer that gave me the all clear. Decided to go ahead and fix the brakes and replace my front tires. The guys got me a great deal and we're able to perform the service the same day while working around another appointment I had. I will be a repeat customer.

I’ve been a loyal Firestone customer for many years, but I had a very disappointing experience recently. I visited the store yesterday to schedule an appointment, but was poorly greeted by the manager. His demeanor made me feel as though I was an inconvenience for simply walking in. When I explained what services I needed, he rolled his eyes and responded, “Well, I don’t know.” His customer service was unprofessional and dismissive.
Despite this, he looked up my account and scheduled me for an appointment the following day. However, when I arrived today, I was informed that I was not on the schedule at all. Frustrated and disappointed, I left and took my business elsewhere. This experience has been extremely frustrating and does not reflect the level of service I’ve come to expect from Firestone.

Poor customer service and poor communication, made alignment adjustments to my Neices Ford escape and snapped a cam bolt off in the control arm and they tell us they can’t locate a new control arm when Autozone and Oreilly down the street have them in stock. I’m a Ford certified Tech and will be looking for more damages from this visit. They still have the vehicle and this is rediculous. They weren’t suppose to Align the vehicle, only check it and call if adjustments were needed now we are stuck without this car. And Brad the Manager found out we were coming to see what happend and conveniently left the store so he didn’t have to see us and rectify the issue properly.

There are a thousand Firestone Auto Care Centers in America. This one is hands down the Best of the Best!! I went in for a front end alignment and the technicians noticed I needed a part that the previous owner did not install to complete the alignment. Tori and the manager Mike need to be cloned!! They are the Top of their Game when it comes to customer service and doing the job right the first time! Got my alignment done correctly and with the complementary service point inspection, you don’t have to worry about your vehicle when you leave. Prices & Service are the highest standards here when it comes to you! If you take your vehicle anywhere else, you will be making a big mistake!

Had an unexpected mechanical issue with my truck on the highway heading home (I'm from out of state). They were able to get me in take a look at my truck, show me what happened and what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. They were quick, generous, and very professional. I usually do not post reviews, but I am highly satisfied with this location and with the people working here. Especially the mechanic who took the time to show and explain to me what happened. I had a 10 AM appointment to have my tires rotated and balanced and brakes inspected. When I arrived, I was met by a Service Advisor/Manager(?) with a cigarette behind his ear. I was told that my car would be taken in as soon as a technician was available. I asked the advisor to call me when the car was ready. At approximately 1:30 PM I called the location to find out the status of my car. I was told it was just being pulled into the bay to start the service
