Just bought a mattress for our son, and Eric was so personable and friendly. The mattress is really nice, reasonably priced, and he didn't push us to buy anything extra. Great place!

Patrick and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful and honest when helping my husband and I with picking out furniture. Furniture Row also is changing us a minimal fee to set up and deliver whereas the competition big name store was charging us a bucket load and the pricing changed depending on who you spoke with!!

I bought a recliner last week . Have no idea when delivery will be.....I have called the phone number on the receipt and got a busy tone.....6 times.So I called the store and the phone run for 3 minutes with NO answer???????

Went yesterday and baught 2 pieces of furniture in the South Platte room.There was signs all over the room saying 20%off.We received 20% off the tag prices at checkout.Today we went to pick it up and ended up buying another piece. Tag said $749.00When we got home we noticed there was no 20% taken off the price.We called and one of the sales people said the Manger said 749. Was the 20% off. Then said it was 749 because it was a scratch and dent and it was the final sale.There is absolutely nothing stating that on the cabinet or tag.Refused to give us the 20% off of the tag.This will be our last time supporting this business.

Update: received a call after posting my original review, my cushion is getting taken care of. I was told no one received emails...slightly sketchy but I'm happy my issue is getting resolved.

Ordered furniture in February 2021. Got half of it. Stillll waiting on it and they say due to "covid". There's no way a year later it's still due to "covid". All they say is too bad, but you can cancel your order. So what am I going to have, half of my furniture and then other half a different brand? Will not order/ shop from here again.

I've never experienced such poor customer service and complete lack of communication. placed an order April and told to expect delivery in June. After several delays I still don't have my couch and I have cancelled my order. Not once did they contact us about delays. Each and every month we head to call them to learn a our order was still not available. 1/10 - they should be ashamed. Should never be allowed.

I ordered a couch in late April and spent over $1000. They said it would be delivered in early June. I never heard back. I called them and they said late July. same thing happened and I was told late August, then September. I tried calling Monday and it just rang for a whole minute, today I get a busy tone. I tried calling customer service and I get a message saying the number is no longer in service.
