I walked into the store and was immediately greeted with a handsome smile from a nice looking tall guy with Gages in his ear. I didn’t get his name but he was so knowledgeable, he knew exactly what I was looking for. I will shop at this location anytime

So I went in last night looking for the Dunkin Donuts protein but they were out of it so Austin recommended the GNC AMP wheybolic protein in Caffe Latte. Ummm hands down best flavor protein I have tried. If you’re a coffee lover like I am it made a bomb iced coffee.

Employee was not educated in the products they sell. He was unable to answer simple questions. I left and ordered on Amazon. Got more information from Amazon reviews. You’d think a business like this would require their employees to understand the products they are selling. Strange.

Salesperson in the store was very rude did not speak when I walked in but after someone else walked in they spoke and waited on them first.

Cashier Alyssa didn’t know gnc signature products like the energy formula she was extremely rude lefted me standing at register for 10 minutes she purposely ignored me , I said great customer service skills she said thank you don’t come back will not go back to this location again !
