I mostly come here to do Amazon returns. But the process is usually quick, unless there is someone ahead of me in line who has no idea what they’re doing. Occasionally I’ve heard the people at the customer service desk complaining openly about previous customers. Funny, but pretty unprofessional. You have to save those conversations for behind closed doors or when no one is around.

Some of the staff members are rude and won't help you find a simple item for new shoppers. I went there for the first time trying to find a black button-up for my son. There were many people on the floor, so I stopped to ask 1 and before he could answer another person came up and rudely stated that they were there for inventory purposes only and that anyone wearing a black shirt I shouldn't bother and how it was a common mistake and to leave them alone immediately. I figured if they were doing inventory that they could just point me in that direction, and I would leave them be. The person who came up to me was extremely rude. For my first time being there, I definitely don't want to go back, I don't care if everything is being liquidated or not.

I went there to do a return with Amazon and was given a coupon that I couldn't use. The store was crowded with clothes. The atmosphere wasn't good. The associates weren't approachable. I spent $72 and plan on returning everything. The whole experience was horrible.

Kohls is horrible anymore. They give you coupons but they’re not good on anything. It’s useless.
