Either Tina the cashier is a racist or she hates everyone equally. I go early and try to stay out of everyone's way. I have my kroger card ready, I put my stuff on the belt, I use the divider, I move forward. No matter what I do, Tina the cashier cusses me out. Every.Single.Time. Predictably. Once it was for having my Kroger card ready too soon. (I wasn't exactly waving it at her, but she stopped what she was doing to give me a speech about not being ready for it yet.) Last week it was for NOT using a divider between my order and the next. This week I thought I had better use that divider and she stopped me as I reached for it and yelled at me to go back to where I pay. She said I was crowding the guy 10 feet behind me (who was oblivious to it all). No matter what I do... she finds a way to give me attitude. There is NOTHING she knows about me except my age, gender and race. There is no other basis for her hatred of me than what I look like. It is what it is. After twenty years, done with Kroger. They only have one register open in the morning so the only option to avoid this predictable abuse is to go to Meijer. Bye Tina. Take your issues out on some other guy.

Cashiers were extremely rude, never enough staff, parking lot and exterior always have trash around, items always out of stock. I asked one worker why the other self service areas were not open and her reply was that I needed work there and open them. Same worker pushed a cart at an elderly lady that was just trying to shop. My neighbors and I are starting to drive out of our way to go Meijer. This is the worst location in Toledo and I have shopped at multiple locations.

Kroger has slipped considerably in the last year. There are many empty idiots in store shelves, which our Meijer Store down the street does not have, so manufacturer supply issues are not the problem. Also getting down the asides is difficult due to personal shopper carts and they always seem to have large warehouse carts restocking ( when I worked got a grocery chain, restocking took place overnight) also they seem to want to push customers use the self checkout by having as few as possible check lanes open, I honestly avoid self checkout with my big shopping because I feel it cuts hours that some worker needs to survive, maybe Kroger could cut the massive paycheck the CEO gets and start paying front line staff, customers would NEVER miss the executives if they were home, but we really miss baggers, checkout clerks and frontline staff

This Kroger is the one I go to most often as it is closest to my house. The parking lot is absolutely nuts, and they recently put in solar powered police cameras in the parking lot. The grocery is good and I can normally find what I am looking for, but the bakery has less fresh selection. I love one particular type of Kroger bakery bagel: cheddar jalapeño and it seems like only one Kroger has it- and it's not this one. Overall this Kroger is fine, it's super busy on weekends and the parking lot gets crazy.

I went to the kroger on glendale in toledo to put in a chicken order for a repast 3days ahead of time, only to have the deli clerk tell me "no". When I asked why, she replied " cause Im not doing an order that size, 150 pieces, by myself". When I spoke to the manager , he said , due to Covid , they cant do an order that size, she is his only employee that day. When I told him this is the 3rd time in a month they have turned down an order, he didnt know what to say. Wow. Is all I can say. Never getting our business again. Three days ahead of time, you & dont want to try to move people around.

their pharmacy is a joke .. multiple times I was told medication would be ready by a certain time and I go 3 hours after that time n they still aren't ready. I'm so over the lack of professionalism.

Had the usual shopping experience at Kroger holland ohio today. Bought a whole ham and asked meat counter to cut it in half . . . Huge request right? They refused . . . When asked why not their sorry excuse was that it was not a kroger product. I responded with 'we didn't bring it here from walmart and it has a kroger price label on it. She just walked away ignoring me. This is typical of kroger employees attitudes. They have rattletrap shopping carts, a website that's impossible to find anything on, stores like this one orchard center that are a lame attempt to replicate a meijer but never any shoppers in the dry goods area. They rip you off by cheating you out of their stupid worthless 'fuel points', abuse their employees by limiting their hours to keep them part time only. Their business practices are really screwed up too. Just check their history on wikipedia . . . Buy, sell, buyback, close and layoff workers, time after time after time. Screw them. Just try meijer stores and compare your shopping experience.

This is the store I do most of my grocery shopping. Great variety of items grocery and department store related. One area you can buy clothing, shoes, etc. Another area, great selection of cookware and other kitchen gadgets and appliances. Pricing is reasonable for my budget and you get gas points when using your Kroger card. Gas station conveniently located near the store. Huge parking lot. Once you're ready to check out, that's when it becomes a hit or miss with me. Sometimes the lane you're in runs out of plastic bags, instead of getting more like from a lane not open and has a surplus of them, they have you pack your stuff in paper. Or you're in a regular checkout lane then they close before you get a chance to put your items on, then reopen once you have moved on to self checkout. Some employees are helpful and friendly. Other employees aren't focused on the customer, instead trying to make a date with their coworker. Sometimes there's help with bagging the groceries, other times you're on your own. Self checkout, had to wait for help 4 times because of scanning issues. Other than that, I've had a better shopping experience here compared to other stores.

Every Sunday morning! Shelves are never stocked. Only two registers open! Lines are long and baggers are slow!

I'm still a fan of the store even tho I miss the fresh nuts/candy next to my favorite nut grinders. They no longer allow you to grind your almonds for almond butter nor peanuts for peanut butter but I like the idea that they were open longer than most stores during the pandemic. It's already September and we're still limited but it's one of the stores I continue to enjoy shopping in. Their frozen seafood, dairy section and large variety of selections keep me coming back for more. I also like their fresh fruits. They used to have a bar in there that people liked...I'm told it's close now. I'd seen it but only sat there with a friend once. My son likes the muffins and I've gotten several of the little $5 cakes as gifts for others. Just walk around in there...you'll probably find something you like.
