From the moment I moved to Holland 6 years ago the Holland krogers is my fav. The shelves are always stocked, phenomenal prices, and the employees are helpful. Rude staff- Malfunctioning self check out which then requires contact with rude staff. When you complete a survey and ask for a response due to poor experience, no one responds. They aren't interested in improving. We've changed which store we go to after 10 years of shopping at Kroger in Holland.
