Was at this location trying cash my work check and before even looking at my check right along with my expired ID and my paper ID from the BMV this customer service rep,said they machine was different it would reject it didn't even try left the went to another Krogers and have been since my birthday cashed it at different Krogers this paper ID is what u suppose to use and it won't reject anything if it's done at one it can be done at either was too darn lazy to try

I was waiting for help when I overheard an associate badmouthing another associate instead of assisting customers. It was so unprofessional! Sarah, that's ridiculous. Who's the supervisor? I just left because I can't expect the store supervisor to be any better. Sarah, you really need retraining; your customer service skills are lacking. If you can't provide good service, why work in retail?

From the moment I moved to Holland 6 years ago the Holland krogers is my fav. The shelves are always stocked, phenomenal prices, and the employees are helpful. I've shopped for clothes and candles as well. This is truly a super krogers. I appreciate the starbucks and the cleanliness of the store as well. Keep up the great work.

I was in this store last night, about 730 and the young lady working. The self checkout on the pharmacy side of the store was very rude. She didn't smile, didn't say thank you. She just gave me a very ugly nasty look. This is the second time this has happened in a week. The young lady working the Deli did the same thing. I don't understand it. I've always gotten good service with a smile at this location

Rude staff- Malfunctioning self check out which then requires contact with rude staff. When you complete a survey and ask for a response due to poor experience, no one responds. They aren't interested in improving. We've changed which store we go to after 10 years of shopping at Kroger in Holland.

The employees that work in the self checkout isles need to learn to not have visitors at work, and to stay off their phones. I literally waited 5 minutes for this woman to get off her phone while also yapping to another person standing next to her at the register. Self checkouts need to be done away with or these employees do.

Disgusting, dirty store. Garbage at front of store overflowing. Entrance full of trash and debris. No manager to talk to. I am so upset that I have to deal with this on top of gouging.

I hate the digital coupons. You already make me have a card si you keep track of what I buy. Why cant the coupon prices be automatic? Some don't work and if you don't pay attention you get charged full price. Very frustrating. All the stickers in the way during daytime hours is also annoying. I will stop shopping here since I have lost money every time I shop.
