The prices were crazy and I also wasn't fully understanding the process. I called Margen Auto and got to speak with Bonnie! LET ME TELL YA! After my conversation with her, I got a better understanding and a great price!! Within 2 weeks I had the engine, starter, fuel pump,flex pipe and battery! “This shop did a great job on my 96 chevy pickup. I take all of my vehicles here for exhaust work. They put new duals on from the cats back with glass packs and nice slanted cut tips. It sounds great ! Not too loud. Not too quiet.”
“I had a good experience today - been having a lot of issues with my tires on a 2024 vehicle, not knowing if it was a suspension issue because the vehicle was riding jarring/violently. A few mechanics from other branded car shops have been dismissing like “it’s drives fine to me”. I called Chad (from referral) today and he got me in same day - come to find out, 3 of the 4 tires purchased out of town from a Ziegler Tire in NE Ohio were out of spec registering 30+ on the road force balance tester. These tires are a month old and this was Ziegler’s second time trying to get it right. Somehow, Belle team was able to get them down to around 6 on the road force balance and the ride does appear to be handling significantly better than it was before.
I’m very analytical and detail oriented - more than most. I noticed all of the staff at this location were speaking to ALL of the customers with respect and professionalism which is difficult to come by in this region. I appreciate the service I received today from that team and Chad was beyond professional and competent - he knows his shit! I don’t do many reviews but I went out of my way to write this one as this seems like a very solid shop. Thanks again.”
“The staff at this location are 100% the best human beings I have met in the three years I have lived in Ohio. I was ran off the road and busted my tire by a distracted driver and the Amazing employees Wanted to help and took my flat Tire off and put my spare on and did it for free even with me offering to pay, I really hope God blesses every single one of them so if anyone is Interested in taking your vehicle somewhere that has good hearted employees that do the right thing. “I got my work vehicle completed maintenced with a tire rotation. The staff are young, friendly and provided quick service! The manager is great too! My ONLY bad opinion of this place is the customer service waiting area. The water container was broke and hot as hell inside. It made for a very uncomfortable wait as it was 86 degrees out today! That's why I rated 4 stars. Please get a new water source and fix the air. Even prisoners get that much. Just sayen :)”

Went foe an oil change. They told me the final price before starting to make sure I was ok with it. Did the oil change, air in tires, checked and topped off fluids, checked all exterior lights. The best part was they didnt ask if I want an air filter or cabin filter. I will definitely return!”

“This is the only place I’ll go for an oil change. Ive been going here for years and I’ve never had a bad experience. The workers are always kind, polite, professional and quick. The prices are also reasonable. Also, super convenient with small kids since you don’t have to get anyone out of the car for a quick oil change.”
