Scammers just worried bout money even after you follow their policies ,Debbie the so called manager ..is absolutely horrible I did everything she asked gave 10 notice in oct for nov asked if she need lock off after she said no then get an email to charge for Nov and Dec because the lock is still on there when I asked if I needed to take it off u told me no u were going to cut it off if need be ..when calling to discuss issues she don't answer phone only through email communication..horrible company

I rented a unit here years ago and when I vacated I just stored my boxes for about 6 months at home. When I unpacked them I found that someone had stolen about 1500.00 of my Jewelry. I knew something was off when I went there a few weeks earlier and boxes were knocked all over but I thought they had just fallen over. When I rented the unit I told the girl "hey your camera isn't working" for wherever it went to, she said oh its been like that and also the door to where my unit was inside was broken but she said that someone was going to fix it. The whole time I rented the unit the door was broken. Anyway the thief or thieves went into my unit from above because they have only some kind of wiring covering the unit. Not secure. I never reported it because so much time had passed.

Very rude customer supportbfron Debbie supposed manager . I dont recommend doing business with this storage facility unless you want to be scammed and potentially getting all of your possessions auctioned out by the staff "Debbie " or evicted for asking simple questions stay far far away from this location you've been warned..

This storage facility called the police on my brother and I after Debbie the store owner called me and accused my brother of damaging mud on the property then when I called her back she said it was a mistake and she started to yell when I requested her managers number she was very rude. When my brother came in she called the police on him when he also asked for upper management or HR contact info. When the police arrived she continued to be aggressive and ignorant and gave us a 10 day notice to vacate for asking for HR’s number. She falsely accused my brother then treated us like animals due to the color of our skin. Do not rent at this location the manager in questions name is Debbie. Debbie is very rude, loquacious, self loathing, disrespectful, unpleasant, unprofessional, lacks integrity, she’s a huge liar, she doesn’t like African Americans. She has no accountability and is a very nasty person. Do not rent with this facility.

I have used Outback Self-Storage twice now, once while moving several years back and now currently. My experience both times has been excellent. I also like that the location is in a good part of town.

I worked with Debbie, she was very nice and accommodating. The storage was the perfect size and nothing was damaged, I used it for a year.

I went to Outback Self Storage in Holland, Ohio to make a monthly payment for my mother, just like I have done for the last year or so. I handed the girl behind the counter the check my mother had written and after a few moments, she politely told me that the check was a couple dollars short of the new monthly payment. Since the check was already written, I just asked her to apply that amout to the account. At this point, another girl came over and told me that if I didn't make the entire new monthly payment, there would be a late fee. (I was a little confused because a couple months before when I had gone in to make a payment a few days past the due date, I appologized that the payment was late and was told not to worry, that there was no late fee, I just couldn't access the unit until the payment was made, which I thought was very reasonable.) I asked the second girl when they started charging late fees. She told me that they always charge late fees when the payment is more than ten days late. I was curious why I was previously told there were no late fees, so I asked. At this point, the second girl started getting loud and rudely told me that I should read the contract. I told this second girl that I was having a nice conversation with the first girl when I was interrupted by the belligerent second girl who said that the first girl was new. At this point, the very polite and professional first girl who had been looking at my mother's account on the computer said that the account had a previous credit of $2.76, so there would be no late fee to worry about. The second girl suggested that my mother make the monthly payments in the future. I told her that my mother was bedridden. I then asked the second girl what her name was. She told me her name was Debbie and that she has been the manager there for the last somethingteen years. I then asked her what the owner's name was. She told me that she didn't have to tell me the owner's name and that it was time for me to leave. I told her that I had met the owner the previous month and had a nice conversation with him, that he was a nice guy, drove a new Dodge Ram truck and had given me a free car wash coupon for the business next door. I told her this so that she would know that I was telling her the truth, assuming that she would know what kind of truck he drove and that it was probably not out of character for him to give away a free car wash coupon for being closed on a Saturday when they were normally open. She went over to the phone and told me she was calling the police and was going to have me arrested for trespassing. I thought to myself, for what, asking for the owner's name. I could hear her giving the police my description and I offered to show Debbie my Driver's License and held it up for her to see it so that she could just give the police my name instead of just my physical description, and she yelled at me to back up away from the counter. I then quietly asked the first girl if I had been at all out of line and all she could say is that I was asked to leave. I then went outside and waited for the police to come. I am now not allowed on the property to make payments for my mother and am looking for a different storage company. I would NOT recommend this storage company as long as Debbie is the manager. I feel bad for the owner and wish he would give me a call. My phone number is on the police report.

I've been here exactly once, to check on a car that was stored by my sister. I had her contact info, unit #, and the code to get through the gate, but I was confused where the unit was and how exactly to get to it, so I tried asking the Karen working the front desk.The Karen called the cops on me. I'm dead serious.Instead of helping, she called the cops, who of course let me go because I didn't do anything.I never actually got to check the storage unit, and sis stopped doing business with them after that. I suggest everyone do the same.

I've been a client for over a decade on and off. Deb & Melissa have always been fair and considerate of my needs. I like the climate control units (always clean)the security is good and my climate control unit has a garage door I may pull in and stay out of cold.

i was moving from out of state, they reserved/held the unit for me for days until i arrived, friendly, extremely helpful. changing states, jobs, and no where to live at the time.. putting my personal belongings in storage was a nightmare to me. The manager assured me my belongings were safe and in a climate controlled, carpeted unit. I ended up staying for over 4 months with no worries at all. I would recommend this place to anyone in need of storage. 5 star rating
