I bought a gel nail kit from here I got it home and opened it and it had a bunch of random polishes not even the brand of what I thought I was getting I took it back to the store for them not to even replace it or exchange it I paid over $55 for it didn’t even apologize nothing

Ok first of all if you look at the bottles of hair dye they sell it says "not for retail sale" but will still sell it to you. Probably the only safe thing they sell is artic fox. I asked about different dyes, which ones were safe and all that good jazz. I was recommended a dye that gave me chemical burns and ruined my hair. Then was recommended a shampoo that I did some research on that was terrible! Can cause hair to thin and fall out and contained so many carcinogens it was like blue shampoo or something to help take out brassy yellow tones in bleached hair. So yeah if you want products that will hurt you and be lied to saying it's the best and you'll love it go here!

Worst customer service!!!! Two employees in the store working, one stocking (unapproachable) and another female working the register. The black female stocking offered no other suggestions for what I needed. Wasn't friendly and asking if I needed help finding anything.The other employee (older white female with brown hair) working the register, left to finish assisting this customer that wasnt nearly ready to check-out! This took over 10 mins to assist this customer, even though there were two of them. Neither of the two employees seem to care I was patiently waiting and in a hurry! So I left!This is appalling especially for me since I shop online and use the stores for emergencies. I will never shop this location again!!! Disappointed

Store sign showed it opened 10 am. Store locked and nobody home at 10:25 am. No phone response. This was the second Sallys I attempted to shop. For my first stop the store on Glendale was closed for a week. They were nice to put up a sign.Just found out the blue haired girl got there "very late" and was just "trying to open the store." -- Her words when I called. She saw me at the door and ignored me. I called and she let the phone ring several times. She must had figured out I wasn't going to hang up because after I think ring 10 she finally answered and tolde 10 minutes..

I will never buy anything from your company again. I made an on-line purchase with same day delivery, one of my items was not available so it was removed. I received an itemized copy of the bill with tax and delivery, and was overcharged through my PayPal. I waited a couple of weeks, called the store and was told I have to call customer service. I called customer service, spoke with someone named Richardo who told me the itemized bill is wrong and what they charged me is correct. I asked how an itemized bill could be wrong and was again told it was and the amount they charged was correct. I asked to speak to a supervisor, was told someone would return my call, no one ever called.

First time I went there, clerk helped me select a color ,but suggested what turned out to be the wrong developer. So I went back, they couldn't take the developer back as an exchange or return. But, the clerk on this day did help me find the right developer.

Even though the worker was nice this company shouldn’t be hiring random people. They have no idea what to do. Hire actually licensed people. She was nice but had no idea what toner even was like why are you working there then?

This rating is on the sales clerk. She is very helpful, dedicated and should be rewarded as she is ALWAYS the only one there as staff turnover is high to put it mildly. She continues to be courteous and helpful.

They have the biggest turn over and anybody they hire does not know the products what they do or how to use them. They are stockers and cash register attendants. Awful. And sad too because after several trips there spending money to manage my hair color I had to go to a professional to solve my problems, What a scam.
