Store was very clean and the employees were friendly. Sara was a big help and got me in and out of there quickly. Also found out I can use my Kohls charge!

RACHAEL WAS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL LOOKED AT ME LIKE I WAS GONING TO STEAL SOMETHING DID NOT WANT TO HELP ME WHICH IS UNFORTUNATE BECAUSE I USUALLY experience great customer service when coming to Sephora I will not be returning to this location!!

Amber and Liz the managers are very friendly and patient. I came in to find a new fragrance and I am extremely picky. I was also in a wheelchair too. They are very accommodating about that. Left happy after I found a scent.

It's nice but not as big as a regular Sephora! I found the items I needed and the customer service was great..plus they let me use my Kohl's giftcard so that helped! I like shopping two stores at once..I will be back to this Sephora!

I purchased self tanner drops from this location. Tried them twice and they didn’t work with my skin. Returned to this exact location and tried to return. They swore up and down they could not see it on My beauty insider. I could see it and physically show it to them on my end. They said they couldn’t do the return. I called sephoras customer service and they said there is absolutely no reason that they were unable to process my return at this location. I called this location back to inquire with this new information from Sephora and they put me on hold and then hung up on me. If I could give zero stars I would. I had my rouge account deactivated and will only shop at ulta from now on.

Fantastic, friendly, and informative service! The store manager was extremely helpful and all went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed and more. This will now be my Sephora of choice. (Kohls gift cards can be used here, not Sephora gift cards)

Worst customer service experience ever today. Simply trying to exchange 2 pair of jeans that I have the receipt to. I walk straight to the "Customer service" area and wait patiently for my turn. I approach the lady that calls me over, pull out my 2 pair of jeans and the receipt- tell her I would just like to exchange them because he does not like the style of them - she said okay well do you have what you're exchanging them for? - I replied no because I wasn't aware you would want me walking around with a bag of items in your store but I can do that. - She assured me that as long as it was the same brand/department/price that they could exchange them, but I should go to the front checkout because they can just do it there - clearly not wanting to deal with her job.
I find 2 pair of jeans that fall into the categories she said and put them on the checkout and the cashier says "What are you trying to do?" - as he picks the jeans up and drops them back down - I explain I'm just trying to exchange- he said "well even I can see they aren't the same" - I explained what the other person said and ask if there is a reason everyone in their store is so rude to their paying customers. He said "Yes, we are all overwhelmed and tired" - so I tell him we all are but that doesn't give him a right to be so rude. He then literally throws the 2 pair of jeans on the other side of the counter and says "it's not an exact exchange and I can't do it here. You need to go to customer service. " Not even an apology after he admitted he was clearly being rude- didn't even hand me my items or the receipt back. I had to grab them all up myself.
Unbelievable. Unpleasant experience. Never again. ZERO STARS. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

A relative gave me her Kohls cash for Xmas so I went in this store to use it since we were in the area. I found an item but needed a different size. I find a kiosk but it is out of order. A male employee tells me that both kiosks are down. I am told the only way to order is by the app because the customer service phone is no longer available either. I am having trouble getting on their WIFI, which is a common problem. I also frequently have trouble with the app, so I removed it. I go back in the store because a kind employee named Abby tried to help me. Low and behold we go back by customer service and the kiosk there IS working. My husband and I spent about 30 minutes messing with apps and WIFI. Well we finally get to ordering and then the Kohl's cash doesn't work. Abby, the helpful employee (the only one) tried to get the attention of her coworkers talking with each other behind the service desk, they seemed bothered by her request for help. I then am informed the Kohl's cash was invalid as a return was made. Well that was enough for me. I have no idea why my relative was not told this when she made her return, probably the same reason I was told the kiosk was not working when it was. I spoke to a manager about it, same attitude as the women behind the counter, we could really care less if you shop here. In closing one only has to look at the parking lot to get the story of this place. Once a bustling, busy store, now it isn't. Ask yourself why???!!!
