My husband I went into the store today and we had the great fortune of having Andreas help show us around...We haven't bought a mattress in a LONG time so had alot of apprehensions & questions.Andreas was extremely helpful at answering questions (if he didn't know he called for help, as we asked some not normally asked stuff), getting custom pillows for us to try, and over all offered extremely great customer service!He travels to the 3 local stores [Toledo, Holland, & Perrysburg]. We didn't feel any pressure from him to buy and are extremely happy with what we found today!!We are definitely going to reccomend family and friends to go see Andreas! Thank you so much for making our experience an excellent one, we greatly appreciate it!
