    Absolutely terrible service. Got a call saying their dispatch was sending out the late crew and it’s been over 3hrs and currently 7pm. I’m sure this family wants their power back on but thanks to Toledo Edison that’s a hard task.

    They have the same elaborate thinking as the common pigeon they can't dispatch anyone to get power running we pay for the power to be off pretty much
