Paid for my unit, gave me a 4 digit unit when they only have 3 digit unit numbers. Customer Service kept telling me I needed to go to a building that didn't exist. Now I have no unit, no refund and a house full of extra things that I really needed to put in storage.

Had problems the first year with mice, so I had to sort thru all our stuff and move across the street to a bigger storage and when the new company took over it was the best service I had no bugs very clean and nice! Like everyone is saying in their reviews, they need to have a dumpster for people to use moving in or out of the unit, it's a hassle trying to find somewhere to dump stuff you don't want! And I hope people know it's called SPARE-BOX not square box!

This place has become awful to customers. They no longer have a live person at the location. Prices keep going up rapidly. You have to pay to speak to a live person.

I moved out a day before my storage was due. Cancelled it at the kiosk. It doesn’t say anything about taking your debit card off the account first! I got a email confirming the unit was canceled, thank you for using spare box ect. Then they tried to take $110 out of my bank the next day. They told me you have to call and get your card removed? That doesn’t even make sense. Plus it doesn’t say anything about it on the kiosk of the cancellation email they send.

It was easy to sign up but upon arrival my spot wasn’t accessible for my vehicle due to the car parked next to me was over too far.

Would leave 0 if I could. Rented a parking spot, coke to find out it wouldn’t work, so called them to cancel the spot, someone else parked their camper in our spot so they wouldn’t do anything about it, and continued to charge us for the spot after being told multiple times it’s not our unit. They don’t care about any customer just getting their money. Absolutely would never recommend them to anyone.

LeAnn was wonderful, helping me find my spare box storage unit. She was friendly and helpful and patient as I had to drive to the facility across the street to find my proper unit. She answered all my questions and provided kind help. Thank you again for the wonderful customer service LeAnn!
