Hello,
It is with regret and disappointment that I bring attention to a troubling situation involving WolfLab and its customers, myself included. My 2016 Viper was entrusted to their shop from February 2023 to December 2024, during which no meaningful work was completed. Over this period, I paid an amount exceeding $97,000 to WolfLab and its principal, Marquis. At the moment Wolf Lab owns me appropriately 50k. On top of this situation Wolf Lab still haven’t returned missing parts like wheels/tires, bumper diffuser and others.
WolfLab must be held accountable for its misconduct. I have endured nearly two years of deception and false promises, and I am determined to see this matter through to the end. It is imperative that we raise awareness about these actions to prevent others from facing similar hardships.

I had a terrible experience with Wolf Lab Engineering. They have had my car for far too long, and getting in touch with them is nearly impossible. I’ve tried calling multiple times, but no one ever answers the phone. When I finally did manage to speak to someone, they made a lot of promises that they never kept.
They told me they would call back with updates, but that never happened. It feels like they are completely disorganized and unprofessional. I’ve been left in the dark about my vehicle's status for months not weeks or days, MONTHS, and it’s incredibly frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable auto repair. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere!

I highly recommend this place if you are looking into modifying your vehicle in any way. Brought my BMW in and they took great care of everything i wanted and more!!!! They accommodated all my wants and needs and in no time being wasted. Very professional and straight forward people. Ask for Marquis and he will definitely take care of you on prices and all the jobs you need 10/10 experience
