I walked in, registered on the kiosk, and she was ready for me before I zipped my purse! Very kind and efficient, and she had no problem finding my difficult vein. She got it on the first try. 😀 I didn't get her name, but she was from Canton and has been doing this for 34 years. She was amazing!! Thank you so much!!!

There was a woman filling in from the Boardman office when I went the other day. I did not catch her name, but she was so kind and patient and definitely deserves a raise!

Helen was a treasure! She was polite, helpful, and attentive. I am normally very difficult to draw blood from, but she put extra care into ensuring a successful, and pain-free blood collection process. Highly recommend this place.
