I walked in, registered on the kiosk, and she was ready for me before I zipped my purse! Very kind and efficient, and she had no problem finding my difficult vein. She got it on the first try. 😀 I didn't get her name, but she was from Canton and has been doing this for 34 years. She was amazing!! Thank you so much!!!

This place let me schedule a appointment for blood work. Then when I got there said that I had to pay for the test first or have a doctor send it in. Well then why didn't you say that when I scheduled the appointment. Go to the one in Youngstown why better service they took me right in.

There was a woman filling in from the Boardman office when I went the other day. I did not catch her name, but she was so kind and patient and definitely deserves a raise!

Helen was a treasure! She was polite, helpful, and attentive. I am normally very difficult to draw blood from, but she put extra care into ensuring a successful, and pain-free blood collection process. Highly recommend this place.

I'm honestly having trouble finding the words to say for the amount of kindness and professionalism I was met with today when visiting this location! I was having some trouble with a blood panel script my doc wanted and I was sure I'd have to go back to my doc to get a whole new script written but instead the woman who greeted me at the front desk (Jessica) called my doc and worked everything out! I absolutely recommend this place!

The ladies who were working the day I came in were phenomenal! Dee and Helen were graciously accommodating in squeezing me in without an appointment just before the end of business hours. The process was fast, and the staff was friendly and exuberant.

Had routine bloodwork done this morning at the Howland LabCorp location. I was so impressed with Judy. The place was very busy and she was working all by herself. She did the check-ins and then called each person back and drew their blood. Most people would be frazzled, rude and resentful about being short-staffed and the huge workload. She was very professional, kind, and had a great attitude. Great job Judy ! ?

Very professional and personable staff. Made appointment online and was in and out within 5-7min. and the location was close & convenient to my residence. Will use LabCorp from now on for all my lab work.
