This bank has been the best and most reliable for the years I've used it, however I had to remove a star for the new operating system as a whole. This was not a good switch, I have tried for several days now to simply call my bank and cannot get through to anyone. I remain on hold for up to an hour before giving up. Please fix your system or revert... It does not make me comfortable knowing I can't get through to anyone.

Jessica at the Hubbard, OH branch was very helpful. She has been working with us regarding our financing options for a new vehicle purchase. She explained everything to us in a very simple way and made sure we were using our monies in the beat way possible. Jessica is definitely an asset to the credit union.
