The last time I was here I made it just as they were closing which is not the way I usually go about my errands but when you need a battery you more than 'kind of' need a battery so I apologetically bought a battery that I had already inquired about and one of the guys came out to give me a hand. (You know who you are) I brought all the necessary tools so we had the new battery in nip tuck in 3 minutes flat. Thankyou, and sorry for being 'THAT' guy!”

“I’m from Oregon looking to get information on some Bosch windshield wipers for my 2017 Subaru Impreza limited and stumbled upon Andrew Masotto. Andrew went above and beyond my expectations of customer service. He got me the exact part numbers of the wiper blades I’d need and how to order them and pick the up in store. Granted, I’m from Oregon and he was on his own time/not company time (not clocked in.) Andrew is a good ambassador for O’Reilly Auto Parts and I can’t thank him enough for the help.”
“Purchased thru Year One. Took a while to get, but is a great looking battery. So far, works fine. Started the car right out of the box. Charge it when you get it; I had a show to go to, after a couple starts had to jump start the car. Put it on a 10 amp charge for a few hours after that, no problems since. Been driving the car and starting multiple times with no issues.”
